Requested gel cat eye manicure and gel pedicure The cat eye affect didn't work at all. I said, "it doesn't do the affect" and my technician was like, "oh ya, sometimes it doesn't work. Probably because you have short nails." Which is simply false. I've had cat eye nails done several times with my short nails. I wish she asked for assistance from someone who knew how to make the magnet work. Or had just been honest. I would have chosen a different color. It costs $15 extra! And I think she even charged me for it. I was so in shock at the end by the terrible customer service I was just like wtf The pedicure was also not great. The color on the big toes are uneven and blotchy. And it's gel, so the whole point was to just get a nice basic pedicure that would last a couple months. I didn't occur to me that this could even be screwed up. It's too bad for them because I usually leave good tips And since most of it was being paid with using a gift card, I would have probably left a 30% tip. I was in search of a quick and fairly affordable spa pedi last week, in the sea of pricey places in LC and this one popped up!! I went in there close to 6 PM and it wasn't too busy. They had a variety of different types of luxurious pedicures, most of the deluxe ones included paraffin wax treatments as well as the hot stones. Yen really took her time on my milk and honey pedicure and it had been a while since I had received a quality treatment. She made me feel right at home! I am really picky about the temperature of my water and I'm also extremely ticklish when other people scrub my feet (sorry) but she was so sweet, accommodating and patient. They have tons of refreshments and the massage chairs are also super awesome. The spa itself is huge and the bathrooms were clean. They also have the contactless pay. Overall I super enjoyed this place and it was a fantastic way to unwind from the work day!! I'll be back soon and very soon. read more

Beware. The manager of this facility (male) is sexist/misogynist. I was required to wear a face mask, which I am no longer doing BUT that is not the issue. This man even harassed me when I didn't put it on fast enough for his instruction. Fast-forward 10 minutes when a husband+wife come in for services. The lady puts a mask on the man does not. THIS is the issue. The manager did not require the man to check his temperature OR put on a mask. He NEVER says a word to him about either, but yet I was harassed and bullied to do so just ten minutes earlier. And then this manager has the audacity to take off his mask. The manager is perfectly confident in harassing and bullying women, but men get a free pass. Nope. Because I'm a woman I get a different treatment is NOT okay. The nail techs do a wonderful job but I deserve fair and equal treatment. Let me rave about my new salon!! From the time my mom and I walked thru the door we knew this was the spot! We were greeted upon arrival for our 6 PM appointment. The owner followed all of the Covid-19 protocols from checking our temperatures and completing the regulation form. From there, we were shown to the color section of polish and provided the gel color book. My mom weren't even for a good five minutes before we were seated in a pedicure chair. The seats were clean, sanitized and the sanitary bag placed in the bowl. Michael and Ella provided not only phenomenal pedicures they were super sanitary. Everyone in the salon adhered to wearing a mask unless they were snacking or drinking a beverage. If you want great and sanitary service this is the place to be! Was not impressed with this place. I got the grand deluxe pedi and a nextgen manicure... price was average at $88 after tip. The nail technicians were nice but the execution was just okay. My nails look good far away but up close you can see how messy they really look. Definitely don't feel like I got my money's worth. I've paid less for more. To top it off, less than 15 mins after I left I realized the polish on my big toe was messed up, I'm assuming this happened whenever the tech put my shoe back on. Needless to say I drove all the way back up there (15 mins away) just for the front desk clerk to say they would not fix it. I have been a long time customer here since 2017. I went on 12/31/2020 to get a French tip manicure that was horrible. The paint started chipping the following week. Due to covid 19 causing a pandemic it has impacted my ability to be able to respond to my personal situations more quickly. My current job is demanding to help and support the customers I serve as we navigate as safety as possible through these difficult times. I was finally able to call on 1/10/21 to let them know. The person I spoke with suggested I come in so they could fix them and was told the owner was not there. I come in person on 1/11/21 and was told by the owner, June she could only fix 2 nails that were badly chipped. It is my understanding if I get my nails done they should last at least 2 weeks. Clearly they did not and I will not be back to get my nails done here. June, I would be willing to go back to your saloon if you treat your customers fairly and fix what I know you can fix. We are in a pandemic and are stressed just like you are. We are all being impacted, not just your wallet!! The first thing I learned in business is that your customers are your competitive advantage. I own a restaurant myself. I am speaking from experience and know that the customer is always right, I learned that from Walmart. The customer should be at the center of any business. I came here to release stress from the reality that we are all facing. Your saloon was my go to place. I came and said I just wanted French tips - NO GEL ! My picture #1 is how I usually have done but was in a different area so I'd try this place. White tips added and the pink fill . The nail tech went some roundabout way - when I noticed she was using gel to paint the white tips ( there should be tips already white) I said that's not what I wanted and she said my nails would look bad other wise and it's the same price . I came here after a disaster from the previous salon I went to just days before. I reconnected with Ashlynh since she moved here from another salon and she's been out of town. Ashlynh has done my nails for sometime now and she's probably the only person I trust 100% with my nails. Yes we lost touch but thankfully the stars aligned. I told her what had happened at the previous salon, she completely understood me. When I explained to her what I originally wanted (pink ombré but different shade on each finger) she knew what I was talking about. Ashlynh is creative & very talented. You can show her a picture and she knows exactly what to do. If they don't have the colors she helps you to find what you want. There's no guessing. She keeps up with the latest trends and even comes up with her own designs. Ashlynh really helped me out. Where do I start.. the first time I came in was right before vacation with my fiancé. He got a pedicure I got dip. I asked for tips. The guy doing my nails was very sweet but could not get the tips and the glue to stick to my nails. It was the weirdest thing. Did without them went on my trip. One whole hand chipped and fell off by the end of my 7 day vacation. I came back on my 8th day and immediately received attitude. The lady said she only guaranteed the work for 7 days!!!!! 7 days for dip powder. This is ridiculous my dip usually last 2 plus weeks. They made me feel crazy and it was a very awkward situation. *PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING HERE* My husband and I came here to get mani/pedis and I made the mistake by not reading the reviews first. Every bad review on here is TRUE! These people do not care about the customers and it's their way... not the customers. They did not clip our nails or cleaned them out at all and I had gotten a full set and she didn't clean or clip them before applying the false nails. The lady that did my husbands pedicure cut a whole chunk of skin off his toe and didn't ask him if he was okay. Once they were finished they handed us the check the total was $193 for both mani/pedis I thought it was a little absurd when they didn't even do everything that comes with a mani/pedi, but we went ahead and paid the amount. So the next day, my husband toe is infected! I immediately call the salon and ask for manager. The employee answered the phone rudely and asked what kind of manager I needed. I said I needed to talk to a manager about our experience yesterday and he said (with an attitude) "I am a manager." I explained our experience and situation about my husbands infected toe and he automatically gets defensive and says "why didn't you tell us?" Why would I tell you guys how to do your job? And the lady that cut my husband knew she cut him his toe was bleeding the whole time. So the "manager" was getting very upset and didn't care about cutting my husband he just said "you guys didn't even tip for such a big service and your husband kept vaping in the store" I said "you guys didn't provide a full service and cut my husband why would I tip? You earn your tips they are not just handed out. Why didn't you tell my husband to stop vaping? Even then there's a no smoking sign in site." The manager didn't say much after that. But he did say "DONT EVER COME HERE AGAIN" because we didn't tip for their trash service and customer service and I said "OH WE WONT!!!" Overall, I'd suggest people to take their money elsewhere unless you're willing to pay for trash service and customer service. If this business wants to keep in business I suggest firing the very rude manager that has an attitude with someone who's more suitable for management and replace their employees with employees that are more experienced at their job and willing to meet the customers needs. read more

I went for a grand deluxe Pedicure, and I throughly enjoyed it. It was for $35, which includes a massage and a choice between hot stone or wax. The service was good and worth the money. To top it all, they run a 15% discount on all services from Monday to Wednesday. And I was lucky too. They also serve complimentary drinks. The store is big and neat. First, let me say that Teresa was great. Very friendly and did a good job on my pedicure. Unfortunately the aloe vera pedicure ($60) does not include the cheese-grater looking tool that really goes after your calluses. I know as a pedicure community, we are split on whether or not the bottom of your foot should be cut off (haha), but I fall into the camp where I want some serious callous remover action happening on my pedicure. I can use a loofah/pumice stone on my own at home. For the tools she had, Teresa did a wonderful job, and if this is your preferred pedicure method, you should ABSOLUTELY ASK FOR TERESA. Having said that, this one star review is for the young man (did not get his name because I knew I wouldn't ask for him again) that did my manicure and also for the management team who has not changed the menu. First, the menu says that any "specialty manicure" comes with a neck and shoulder massage. I asked and paid for the aloe vera manicure ($40). There was no aloe vera used that I could tell. When I said something, I was told it was in the lotion. That's suspect. It smelled flowery and did not have the consistency of aloe vera. I never received a shoulder and neck massage. When I asked about it, the manicurist said they haven't been doing it since Covid. Well, the only reason I'm asking for a specialty manicure is for the massage. I could have paid for a basic manicure if I wasn't getting that. That's on management- the menu needs to be changed. Finally, I mentioned that I needed my cuticles trimmed well. He used a drill on me. Cut my middle finger. Then used cuticle clippers. If I'm getting a manicure on natural nails have regular polish to be removed, there should not be a drill touching my hands. Based on all of this, I feel the services provided should have been priced at $70 rather than $100. read more
