The massage was great but the only thing I dislike is when I went to pay, it was 160$ so I gave them $200. I expect to get refund and then I tip. They automatically thought they keep the change. I worked in service industry fot over ten years plus I never verbally asked for tip. I disliked that a lot give the change back and let the customer decide don't ever assume. read more

First off I had a 4:30pm appointment and it was hard to find the place and had a lot of people from other restaurants in front of there door that was hard to find... when I did find it no one was there. Then when my appointment time pass they call me 15mins later saying that they didn't know that I had an appointment that day..... so I had to leave because they very unprofessional and bad with time management. They know what they are doing, they provide great service, and the shop is clean. That being said, you do hear some of the strip mall noise during your massage, making it difficult to fully relax. The availability and their willingness to help you, make me keep coming back. Prices are on par with the location. read more

Let me just say save your money because appointments don't count for anything. I made an appointment for 8:30 for me and my friends as a birthday gift and they wanted to make up stuff to say I only booked for one. And then try to slide me and my friends as walk-in and let other walk in inside for service before appointment. They told me "4 people at 9:00" when clearly my appointment was there in his face. So I realized they do not have any responsibilities when another customer showed up for his appointment and kept questioning him and realize they made a mistake letting someone in who may have pretended to be this customer because the workers was like "but Kevin is inside" so that's how I know that anyone can lie about their appointment. I was more furious they let walk ins in before my appointment. So being irked and receiving services like that already killed your vibe of relaxing. So save your money because appointments don't exist for them. Anyone can steal your spots because he gives you a phone and you can point to whatever name is on there. There's no ID verification so save your time and money and go elsewhere. read more

I thought that I would try some place new, since my regular girl is out of town...and boy, was I wrong. The spa and the salon are separate. When you walk in there is a very mildewy, rink smell. The staff while they were polite, no one made eye contact with me, so I immediately felt uncomfortable. When they directed me next-door to the salon, I waited for a while until someone came in. When the man, Peter, came in, he did not address me at all. Finally, I said hello and forced some dry conservation. My entire experience with Peter was very awkward. He was very rough with my feet during my pedicure and during my leg massage I pointed out an obvious bruise I wanted to him to avoid it and he did not. Between my pedi & mani I went to the restroom. It was in the back of the spa. There was no toilet paper & I ended using the junky employee bathroom. During my manicure, I saw a roach and Peter had to stop to chase and kill it. I ended up canceling my massage because I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. While my full set came out looking nice, I was not happy with my 3 HOUR experience at all.
