As a business owner I stress employees on punctuality and being present. So it's a personal principle of lack of presence or communication of the lack of presence. But after waiting for an hour I'm pulling off at 10am with a well overdue hair cut bc finally someone was in the shop, to only tell me he has an appointment and no other solut, Never coming back. To avoid scheduling conflicts he uses a user friendly app that allows me to book my appointment ahead of time as well as pay right after using my credit card. Very convenient and always on time with his schedule. The other aspect is that he offers many different grooming services to prepare you for any event.
