The fences are beautiful, and we even have separate styles going on between the front metal fence and gates, the back gates, livestock fencing, and the side wood fence. Over 550' of fence later, all were executed beautifully. Finally my dogs/goats/sheep are all secure to roam the property as they please! The work done was on time besides a couple hang ups that had to do with unexpected wood shortages after the fires, but even then we weren't off by anything significant. The work that was promised was done, and when there was a miscommunication error it was promptly fixed with zero hassle or unfair changes in pricing. I actually felt bad with how quickly and willing they were to fix something when it was really my fault for not explaining what I wanted well enough. I was even apologizing to his crew as well who carried on without a fuss lol! We were up front about our budget, and we worked together on ideas until we came up with something that would still check all the boxes but not break the bank. We enjoyed working with him so much we have gone on to hire him for multiple other jobs like retaining walls and sheds, and have quotes lined up for future projects when our budgets can fit it as well! Our neighbors were also impressed with the fence and have since hired him for their own personal projects. Josh really goes far above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy, so I'm surprised to see people leaving bad reviews since he's all about making sure it was a positive and fair experience. When word of mouth is so incredibly important for small businesses like this, I feel like it's important to be honest and give credit where credit is due, and if there's an issue see if it can be worked out before making that final judgement on a bad review. I know without a doubt Josh will be our go-to guy for any projects, and I have no hesitation with recommending him to family and friends when they comment on how great our fences look!

His quote was competitive and from the beginning he gave suggestions on what would look good and what wouldn't. I think where Adrian and his team shines is with discussing and implementing plans with clients. He was very responsive to our needs. We built the fence to be able to keep the dogs to one side of the front yard if necessary, so after he built the fence, he made a few corrections and additions based on our concerns. He gets an A+ there because he took the time and effort to make sure it turned out well and will keep the dogs to one area if it's necessary. He made several corrections and additions as we expressed our concerns. We ended up going with him but from the get-go it was clear that Adrian had some issues with managing time. We had issues like him coming late to sign the contract or give the estimate. Those things might be a dealbreaker for others with a tight timeline but our timeline was pretty flexible, but we do like being able to plan our week so that was a little annoying. We witnessed some rough language but we also understand that it is difficult work. We just want him and his to be mindful of this especially if there are young children it is important good language and tone used. But we are happy to support his business and he did great with meeting our needs and communicating with us.
