Leo the owner personally went to check the trees and the next day Sarah emailed me the estimate. The price is reasonable and affordable. I asked for four trees to be pruned but had a last minute addition of a pine tree, and they accommodate it right there and then. Jose and Jorge came at 9am as what I've been told and worked on the trees, Leo went in to check with them after an hour which I like because it shows that he values his customer and making sure that the work is being done. The guys are very respectful of the property, they're polite and they went above and beyond what's needed to be done. They left my property clean. Let me start out by saying that the one star is because of bad customer service, and breaking a…read morepromise. Things started out well when I first met Tommy. I signed a contract where he gave me verbal estimate of how much it would cost. He was supposed to do both the front and the backyard. His guys did a great job on the backyard, but they never got to the front. When I asked Tommy about it, he said that the contract I signed was actually an estimate. Nowhere in the contract do I see the word estimate. It is an invoice. He told me he would have to charge me more to finish the front yard because he claimed that the price could change. He came back and finished part of the front yard, but charged me $150 for it. I am now taking him to Small claims court. I am hiring someone to finish the front yard, and then I will sue him in court for the amount that I pay the new gardener.
