They give you a generous portion that's super filling, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. It completely hit the spot. The fact that it's a drive-through salad spot makes it even better--fast, healthy, and convenient? Yes, please! My most recent was at the Goodyear location; everything was so good and fresh, the dressings are way above average in flavor. I tried to order two salads on their web site. I was only able to order one because the web site was not user friendly and their was no direction to place a second order. I then called the local store and was told that they could not take any orders over the phone and was given a Salad and Go customer service phone number which I called. A recorded message referred me back to the web site and then I was disconnected. Their salads are good but their customer service like most places is poor to non-existent. If you like beets must ask for extra. I always do the double protein as well. Next to the Beet salad, the Cobb salad is my go to when I'm super hungry, the eggs, avocado and of course the chicken or any protein are very filling. Their Thai salad is great too. Their cucumber lime lemonade is refreshing and satisfies my craving for something sweet. You can't really eat there, most salad n go only has a drive thru. Dual drive through lanes for quick service, pricing was great for the food we ordered, pretty much 1/2-1/3 of same salads if take out from any other restaurant. I got the Cobb Salad, a little to much Arugula for me, but salad still good. I did not care for the ranch dressing that came with it, not the creamy ranch expected but more tangy. Next time I'll use my own. My husband had the Caprese salad and enjoyed. The Balsamic Vinaigrette was quite good, he did not try the pesto packet that was also included. On my first visit, I had anticipated that there would be some challenges with the staff because it was a new location. I couldn't have been more mistaken. The team was on point! The line was moving quickly, a friendly face greeted me, and I was out of there in a few minutes. I generally modify the portions of the toppings, but this location hasn't messed up once. I'm so impressed with the service, quality of food, and affordable prices--five out of five stars from me. TO THE MANAGEMENT: I would recommend the installation of delineators around the center curb as a reference to its location. The passenger rims of my car caught the edge of the curb and were badly scraped. I often see other cars losing track of the curb's location, ramming their wheels against the concrete, resulting in damaged rims. read more

this place was originally based on sheep when they first came out a few years ago, but now the food weight has gone down and the prices have gone up and you're better off just feeding your family somewhere else if you want them full after their meal. They don't even really have a aside to complement any of their food or meals and they finally release a side of hummus with pita chips and they want five dollars for the side. I love the idea that this is a drive thru healthy fast food type of place. You can either drive thru and order or do a mobile order and go through a separate drive thru line for mobile pick up. The food is easily 10/10. The service is 2/10. First time coming to this location. I put an order in through the app. I guess I offended everyone by going through the drive thru to pick up my order because the 2 ppl I spoke with (a male through the intercom and the female at the window) made it clear I annoyed the shit out of them by not knowing any better. They have a separate drive up location for mobile apps. It is not mentioned on the app that you HAVE TO use the mobile lane and if you go through the drive thru to pick up your order, you will be mistreated. What ever you do, don't use the drive thru! I tried to be overly nice but that did not improve their attitude. I will never understand why ppl feel like is okay to speak to customers for a small inconvenience on them. They get so annoyed if you order in the drive through and will ask you to download their app to order next time if you order more than one item.
