I was impressed that everything here is gluten-free. Their glass noodles are especially tasty. I love that when you shop there you get to choose as many sides as you'd like. Although, when you get catering, you are very limited and they did not include the right sauces for us. It's fun in the sense that you get to choose as many sides and sauces as you'd like, but it is a very Americanized, slightly bland, but definitely healthy Korean bowl. I enter the potent restaurant, and my eyes lay upon two strange boys working. As I make my way up to the counter I see the boys punching each other in the back and tickling one another's sides. Once I reach the counter one of the male specimen lock eyes with me and come forward to take my friend's order. As she tells the weird thing what she'd like in her bowl I see the other thing laughing at us. Very strange encounter. When we were leaving me and my friend say "so long boys" with no response. I find myself in Crocker Park often, and after a workout a few doors down, if I don't feel like cooking, this is my new jam. As the other reviewers note, it has a similar setup to Chipolte. You pick one of three bases. Mixed greens, sweet potato noodles, or purple rice. Each has the calories listed on a placard in front of the item. Next up are your mix-ins. They have a few hot items, such as roasted sesame broccoli and a cold table of cold items, like corn, carrots, cheese, cabbage, egg, etc. Then the typical proteins. Then a sauce. I like the sesame ginger. Please note, there is a dollar upcharge for pineapple. Came with my bf, and we must've missed the sign. The manager waived that fee though, since I called my bf "extra" when we checked out. lmao. I have not had any of the typical proteins they offer, so my review is based on the other options (I choose the shredded egg which is on the cold table). Once a week now, we come here for about $22 together. Great deal! read more

I was pleasantly surprised with my meal at Bibibop. My mom kept telling me she liked it and I brushed it off as a typical fast casual place that probably wasn't any good but I finally tried it today and really enjoyed it. I got the build your own bowl and added all of the toppings except cheese (it just didn't sound like it would go well). I ordered it on the app and it was ready when I got there, which was nice because I didn't have to wait in the line. I added my sauces later with the sauces by the drink station. Everything was fresh and tasty. I am glad I tried it and will definitely be back! read more

My first time ever trying Bibibop and I was not disappointed. Pretty much the same concept at Chipotle. I got a custom bowl with the spicy chicken which was delicious and they are big portions. My bowl could have easily been split between 2 people but I just saved it for my afternoon snack. The ingredients tasted fresh too. They also provide a soup cauldron of miso soup that's free - it was okay but I can't say too much on it since it was free. Will definitely make this a regular place to visit when I'm looking for a quick bite. read more

The food was delicious!!! It's a chipotle style ordering area with a wider array of toppings ranging from rice to kimchi to tofu! Yummy!! The tofu was well seasoned although maybe a bit over cooked. It was still tasty. The rice was cooked with such love that I felt that exact emotion when I was eating. I believe the cheese was vegan and let me tell you that it accompanied the other ingredients so well that I wanted to turn around and get a dish for tomorrow. The only aspect of my experience that I didn't like was the server's attitude as I was ordering. It almost threw my whole appetite off. Ordered 3 bowls and only one came with noodles. The double protein bowl was more like half and half. I've been to other location and this location seems like the employees just lack training or support. They probably need to be taught on how to stack a bowl. If there is ever a next time, I'll have to order in person and make sure it is built properly, otherwise online they're not going to follow the directions. My first time ever in a Bibibop. If you are going to set up an Asian Chipotle this is the way to do it. It has a Korean flair to it and it works. I just read an article about the restaurant about to open in Strongsville and it said that you can get Miso soup for free with the purchase of a bowl. That would have been nice to know yesterday. No one asked me if I had ever been to a Bibibop or offered me any soup when I purchased a bowl. As for the bowl I went with Superfood Salad (Kale) as the base, spicy chicken with carrot, cucumber, corn, black beans, and more sesame kale on top. With Sriracha sauce on top. Everything tasted very fresh and it had a night amount of spice. This was excellent. I'm going to be a regular at this place. The Strongsville location opening this week is 2 minutes from my home. I highly recommend. I just wish someone would have told me yesterday I could have tried some Miso soup as it was included apparently with my bowl purchase. read more

I'm hanging with my niece and nephew today and saw this place on Yelp last time I was visiting. We decided to grab an order to go. Being new to Ohio I didn't realize Crocker Park is a huge shopping center. Omg the parking is horrible here haha my niece rode with me (we did an online order) to pick up our food. Thank God she came with as I couldn't find anywhere to park just to run in and grab our order. She's 9 and jumped out, ran inside while I parked as close to another car as I could so others could pass. It's a tight squeeze. Anyway BIBIBOP is directly across from where the have the Christmas decorations in the center part. Super easy to find. She waited in line and they directed where to pick up to go orders, she said there is a small hallway and you pick up food from there. She said it was pretty busy inside. While we were driving back to her house she kept commenting about how good the food smelled. I told her it was making me hungry and now my car will smell like food. When we got home we couldn't wait to dig in. Now granted these two are picky eaters and they both loved their bowls and said they cannot wait to eat here again. I'm thinking this is going to be a regular place to eat at. I got a rice bowl with steak, corn, cucumber, cheese, broccoli. I got yum yum sauce and teriyaki on the side. The kids got a rice bowl with chicken and black beans and a rice bowl with chicken, cucumber and cheese. Neither got sauce. We eat outside when we visit and they have tables with umbrellas out the door at the Crocker Park location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My family and I were very impressed with the amount of food we got for the price. It didn't look like much, but there is a lot of food in that bowl! There was enough for lunch the next day. I was getting a little frustrated as a couple behind us in line were standing very close to us and not wearing masks. There is a sign on the door that masks are required and there are spots on the floor to stand. An employee asked them if they had masks because they were required and they had this confused look on their face and were like "yeah we do." The guy put his mask on and the girl put hers on and wore it on her chin. I just didn't appreciate that it seemed they needed to stand as close to us in line as they could get. Overall, I really enjoyed the food. I asked for extra sauce and wish I still had more but I will definitely return to Bibibop in the future for a tasty and healthy option. read more

Ordered on Grubhub when they reopened, delivery was on time, but order for both entrees was wrong. Sauces were wrong. Grubhub refunded, and we placed a second order same day. Order never came and was sent with wrong driver. We love the food but BIBIBOP needs to communicate with delivery drivers better and ensure orders are correct.
