They have samples in cute little bags if you don't want to commit to a large bottle of one of their signature blends they had a pulled pork that had been done in a Russian blend as a tasting sample and it was excellent. I of course tried the chili mix at home with some ground elk and it was excellent- easy to regulate your heat level. They have most of your standard spices- very good quality.
