Avocado on A Salad Creation of Your Own
    Nicole V.

I used to come here a lot and haven't been in a while. The salads were always sooo nice and full and fresh. I went on 6/29/22 asked for avocado as one of my toppings and she gave me legitimately 4 cubes. I don't even care as much that some of the other toppings weren't as full as before, like I asked for double grilled chicken and it was barely 1. I really only just can't get over how she gave me 4 cubes lol. I watched her miserably take one sliver of a sliced avocado and cut out the pieces. Whoever was working on the salads after 5:00 was not friendly, however the girl as the cash register was very nice.

Frankly I'm not sure how this place is even still open. We stopped today after furniture shopping. My wife has always been a huge fan of Saladworks. This particular location though needs some serious overhaul. With the days of fast casual restaurants there are too many good choices out there to choose from. We arrived and the line is so awkward, employees were coming through and moving people out of the way. The staff were extremely unfriendly and just standing around. My wife went with the fall salad and I didn't the avocado blt. The salad was just okay. The brussel sprouts were beyond soggy and not fresh. My wife said it was just okay. My sandwich was flat out terrible. The bacon was pre cooked like Oscar Meyer and simply reheated. Probably the thinnest bacon I've ever had. The bread while fresh wasn't toasted. The avocado was literally brown. It was bad! Not to mention I ordered the whole and only received half. They tried to make up for it and bring me soup, that was just as bad. The soda machine area was filthy and the iced tea smelled funny. Yes, it smelled funny, strange I know. Next time I'll take the drive where the food is actually fresh..

    Big salads for dinner.

Right in our wheelhouse. Perfect late dinner if you've abused your body with cheesesteaks, baklava, etc for the day. They have 15 salad recipes to choose from, as well as build your own. They also sell sandwiches and paninis if you need more carbs. The salad makers are FAST. We were basically the only ones here at 630pm, but still. They took our orders (3), made the food, and had the trays ready before I could get my wallet out. All ingredients were fresh - not a wilted spinach leaf in sight. Crisp granny smith apples, crunchy cucumbers, all types of lettuce (iceberg, romaine, spring mix and baby spinach), and just the right ratio of lettuce to other stuff in the bowl. We had the Sophie's, the Thai Chicken, and the Mandarin Chicken. All came with choice of dressing (on the side by request) and a whole grain roll. Some customization too (no blue cheese for me). Its expensive, yes, but that's how it goes with fresh food that is good for you. Ever buy organic lettuce? Ridiculous. This one is run by teenagers, not a surprise, but they were friendly and their salad preparation game is strong. Would recommend. Combine with regular workouts for best results.

Perfect way to insure I won't eat unhealthy at the many events I'm hitting today.

In today during the lunch rush at 12:40 there were 15 people ahead of me in line. Only waited 4 minutes to be served. The restaurant was clean, comfortable temperature, lighting and music volume. Restroom clean and stocked. Selection case was clean, everything looked fresh and nicely presented. Employee who took my order smiled warmly and offered a nice welcome. I did a 'create my own' and added additional toppings, packing in the protein. The employee kept me up to date with my topping number and asked nicely if additional charge for extra toppings was okay. He has worked here for some time and I have never encountered him in a bad mood or not being focused on great customer service. A mature gentlemen at the register also smiled and asked my fresh roll type, I declined that and a beverage, I don't drink when I eat. He then nicely asked if I would like a courtesy cup of water, nice gesture! I was seated with my salad just 7 minutes after entering with that long line. My salad was excellent with every item cut perfectly, fresh and delicious. The tables were being kept wiped as soon as they emptied. It doesn't get any better then this!

    Amazing.

We got some bread for the table, which was really good with the maple butter. The bruschetta was pretty good, and for my meal, I ordered the Cajun ribeye with green beans and asparagus on the side, all cooked perfectly. Service was on point throughout the evening - our server was very attentive and helpful, and the ambiance is really nice inside as well. Charming design and good times, and I would come back for a future work dinner. Prices are pretty good too.

Our booth was in the bar areaI, which was crowded, but we didn't have a problem hearing each other. I ordered the filet mignon and he ordered prime rib. Let me tell you, this kitchen knows how to cook a steak! Mine was medium and cooked to perfection - it practically melted in my mouth. I have never had a bad meal here and this was no exception. All of the servers were attentive and cordial. John, the manager, took our orders, and when we had finished our meals he brought me a dish of ice cream with a candle in it. We will go back again and again and again. Highly recommend!

You will be judged here based on the color of your skin and/or what you're wearing…read more I'm a 23-year-old Puerto Rican woman, and I went here with my 24-year-old Caucasian boyfriend and our 2-year-old son. I was wearing sweatpants, sneakers, and a cropped sweatshirt, while my boyfriend was wearing his work shirt and basketball shorts. It's Olive Garden--not a five-star restaurant where you need to reserve a table months in advance--so we came dressed comfortably. From the moment we walked in, we immediately noticed what felt like strange and judgmental looks. When we were seated, they put us all the way in the back corner. At the time, I honestly wondered if they put us there because they assumed we might try to leave without paying. Our server also came to our table MULTIPLE times--far more frequently than we noticed him checking on other tables. And several of those interactions were so unnecessary that it actually became noticeable. For example, at one point he came over and asked us how our salad was. It's a salad. Then I went to the women's restroom... While I was in there, employees repeatedly came in to check the restroom. The FIFTH time someone came in, they turned on the sink, cupped water in their hands, and threw it underneath my stall. This happened four times before the person left. At first, I tried to convince myself that I was imagining things because I genuinely did not want to believe that I was experiencing something so hateful, cowardly, and discriminatory. Unfortunately, when I left the stall, the circumstances made it very difficult for me to believe it was accidental. There was no sink directly in front of my stall. The closest sink was noticeably farther to the right. When I looked at the floor, I could see small droplets of water leading toward a larger puddle directly in front of and slightly underneath MY stall. Considering the location of the sink, the angle, and the fact that the water was concentrated specifically around my stall, it appeared intentional to me. At that point, I was extremely angry and uncomfortable and decided I just wanted to leave before I lost my temper. When I walked out of the restroom, there was suddenly a group of employees gathered near the entrance, along with a bald-headed man who I couldn't tell was a manager or security guard. As I walked past them, I noticed them watching me. Then I heard the bald-headed man tell one of the female employees to check the restroom again. I went back to our table and told my boyfriend that I just wanted to leave. We called our server over, paid our bill, and left. I hadn't even told my boyfriend what had happened yet, and despite everything, he still left a $30 tip. Once we got into the car, I finally told him what happened. He could immediately tell something was wrong because of the look on my face. He was upset too, especially when he told me that while I was in the restroom, that same bald-headed man had come over to check on HIM at our table. According to my boyfriend, he didn't do that to anyone else. Maybe someone will read this and try to explain away each individual thing that happened. But when you put ALL of it together--the looks when we walked in, where we were seated, the excessive checking on our table, the repeated restroom checks, what happened underneath my stall, the employees watching me afterward, and the same man checking on my boyfriend while I was gone--it felt like we were being singled out and targeted. I came to Olive Garden with my boyfriend and my child expecting to eat dinner and enjoy our time together. Instead, I left feeling humiliated, angry, and uncomfortable. I would HIGHLY advise anyone who took the time to read this to think twice before going here. No one should have to spend their day wondering whether they are being judged, watched, or treated differently because of their appearance, race, or what they're wearing.
