If you know me, you know I loveee a good salad and cocktail. This Ahi Tuna Caesar Salad was fireeee. JB Dawsons has sooo many great food options, it's perfect for a family gathering where everyone likes something different! Be prepared for leftovers, their portions are big!!

What an awesome meal! Made a reservation and came with my family on a Monday night. Sat down right away and the food was terrific! I ordered the Rib combo with pulled pork. I didn't have to pick up the ribs once because the meat just fell right off the bone. Everyone loved their meal! Will definitely be back!

My bff and I came for a nice cheese burger and a house salad. The service was amazing. Delicious and fresh ice tea. The cheese burger was yummy and hit the spot!

Walking in I felt so cozy & comfortable like if I was sitting in my living room. I kinda expected someone to hand me a blankie & pass me the remote. I got seated right away & wasted no time ordering the "twisted shrimp" (planko covered fried, crispy shrimp tossed in a creamy spicy sauce laid out on a bed of lettuce) as my appetizer. For my entree,I went all in & chose chicken tenders,1/2 a rack of ribs(pork),mashed potatoes,& fries. I def was getting a doggie bag. My app came out 1st of course as it should.I felt like a puppy w/ my tongue drooling out. The shrimp were really small which was a bummer. However, the flavor was there & the creamy, spicy sauce was giving. My entree came out shortly after but not too fast. I needed to sulk in my app. My plate was humongous. I felt like I was in a man vs. food challenge. The ribs were well done but that's the way I like it. The meat was falling off the bones. Superb like a chef's kiss.I wish it did have more BBQ sauce but it probably would've took away from the flavor. The mashed potatoes were creamy & had the right amount of seasoning. The chicken tenders & fries were crispy & bursted my tastebuds w/ every bite. I also treated myself to a virgin pina colada. It was perfection in a cup. Not too sweet ,just right. I def wasn't counting my calories. My waitress was A1 like the steak sauce. She was @ our every call & command swooping in before we could even ask for we needed. The kind of service that made me wonder if she was telepathic like Cleo(the psychic).

I haven't been here in years so this is a nostalgic restaurant for me. The crab dip is really good and my friend loved her dish , I got the bruschetta chicken pasta dish but I wasn't thrilled about it. The service was great though and friendly staff.

This place was packed on a Friday night! 40 min wait and the bar was also hopping! Our waitress was really nice and we started off with some signature drinks. We got the honey Sriracha brussels sprouts for appetizer, and they were so flavorful! For dinner, I opted for the twisted burger with a side of mac & cheese. The burger was cooked perfection, and the mac & cheese was so creamy and delicious. my husband got the special which was a steak and stirfry noodle dish which was also very tasty. I would definitely come back again!

It was understandably packed so we arrived early were offered a table in their outdoor tent - but I wish we opted to wait for a table inside. The outdoor tent, while appreciated to accommodate extra guests and while heated decently for a cold evening, was cheesy and decorated with grocery-store decor and flowers - it felt like a high school dance. Just was not the vibe we were expecting or hoping for. The service was also noticeably slow which I also imagine was a combination of being in the tent and it being a holiday. On the plus side, all of our food was incredible. There were lots of specials and everything we had was delicious. We will absolutely be back just for the food, but will avoid the holiday rush and will opt to sit in their "usual" dining room going forward.

The service was top notch and super accommodating, and the ambiance of the place itself was cozy and upscale, but overall the food wasn't doing it for me. To start we ordered oysters which were fresh. They'd run out of Blue Points which were noticeably better from the other option they ended up having to give us since just three were left, which were just a tease at that point. The mussels were in a garlic and white wine sauce that was just too sweet and not really balanced enough, and many of the mussels were still closed or almost closed which I know better than to mess with. My steak special was the best thing I had here with mashed potatoes and crunchy greens, but even the au poivre sauce wasn't very flavorful. Still, my steak came out cooked just how I asked for it, and it was a good cut of meat. The waitress did say the kitchen was closing early that night since the chef's wife just had a baby so maybe it was just an off night. It was packed though so it seems like locals really like this place.

We were ultimately waiting ~15-20 minutes from the time that we arrived on site since we had put ourselves on the wait list an hour prior. Staff is super friendly given all the incessant "is my table ready?" questions that they get from folks. Things are pretty packed here but we got a table, and were helped and served quickly, and checked on regularly. Our table got the usual: Cactus Blossom, ~6 baskets of bread over the course of the meal, and individual meals. We shared a 12 oz. ribeye w/ ribs combo. Today it was actually not as good as usual, a bit more medium rather than medium rare, and the ribs were dry on the outer half. However, still a completely filling and enjoyable meal all things considered. Pro-tip: put the last bits of your Cactus Blossom in a bun with both butter and sauce for a treat that is much more unhealthy and delicious than you bargained for. To boot, we asked the staff to put our celebrant on the saddle, even though we weren't celebrating his birthday, and they happily fulfilled our wish. Folks here love a good time, even though they are probably easily clocking 30K+ steps filling all their tables.

The one positive point is that the steaks themselves are consistent. The cuts and quality control for how the steaks are cooked are the high point - nothing available here is super high grade but you will get what you selected and it is generally cooked to your specification. However, the sides are hit or miss. Fries tend to be soggy and soft. The Caesar salad was once dependable as a "good" side but they seem to have reduced the quality and even the amount of dressing they put on it, maybe as a cost saving measure? To me the biggest issue here is the drastic inconsistency in quality of service. Sometimes you score a great server, but I'd say 75% of the time it is someone who seems to lack training in basic steps of service (getting the order right, following up on satisfaction a few minutes after food delivery, following up on drinks, etc.). It's a shame as this location had higher standards in the past.

I show up in shorts, a no tuck and hey dudes. Did not know if I was going to get in. They do have a sign that says fine dining proper attire required. I entered and they sat me no questions asked. Did see some guys wearing polo's and jeans. We ordered some drinks and they were delicious. Andrea had a passion fruit mojito and I had a blackberry infused bourbon. About $17 each. The interior is dark and feels upscale except for the noise coming from bar area. Our waitress was very nice and helped with our questions. They had a regular NY strip and an aged NY strip. Nobody laugh but I had to google the difference. I ordered the aged NY and Andrea had the filet mignon. Our sides were roasted mushrooms and lobster Mac n cheese. Food came out in a respectful time. Let me tell you something that stupid aged steak was amazing and the sides followed. After dinner they served us hot moist towels to wipe your hands with. For desert we split the coconut cream pie with a rum caramel sauce. Perfect size for two people and it was dam good. All in all great service and outstanding food. Total bill without tip $236
