We often eat here maybe about a dozen times this year. This is the 1st time I have any complaints. Our food was not hot the cheese on my calzone was not even melted. I brought 3/4 of it home and asked the girl to please box up the sauce too. I'm sitting here wanting to heat it up in my air fryer and there's no sauce in my take home. My friend ordered the beef bread bowl he orders that usually this is the first time also that his was not hot. Usually it's hot and you have to wait to eat it. We mentioned it to the girl and she said she was sorry she would let the kitchen know I wasn't looking for anything. I just wanted a hot meal. But today made me a little more upset that there's no sauce to heat up with my calzone. Also, when we got our ticket to pay, we usually get a. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is very welcoming. You can either eat on the bar side, with high top tables or in the dining room, which has a few booths and quite a few tables. Waitresses are nice and everything I have had is delicious. My favorite is Rigatoni ala vodka sauce. read more

Chose Salamone's North on a Saturday night for dinner. We sat at the bar for a drink before our table was ready - bartender was great. For as busy as it was, it wasn't terribly loud and it looks great inside with the new renovations. Food was great - calamari and lasagna were my choices - yum! The food was great but the service was lacking. We stopped here for dinner and between the 3 of us ordered pizza and pasta. We sat for about 15 minutes after ordering drinks and had to ask the waitress to take our food order. Another table that came in after us was served bread and drink and ordered food all in that time. When our food did come out we still hadn't received our drinks. When we asked the waitress if we could get the drinks we ordered she said she was told someone else brought them and that they were just sitting in back. It was a Friday evening & it was busy so I chose to dine at the bar. The service was great, food was outstanding and people around me engaging in conversation like it was family gathering for a meal. We had Salmone's cater our small wedding this past September. From beginning to end, I cannot recommend them enough. Brieanna especially was super helpful and a joy to work with. Found a new pizza spot to try in the Stateline area and overall it was a nice choice. Quality was good. Price was questionable for what you got. Accuracy of order and timing was spot on. Only complaint is the toppings are not very plentiful unless it is a cheaper topping like garlic. Otherwise very little meat toppings. read more

This is the second time I ordered here and my daughter that is 7 years old loved the pizza I ordered her last week. This time I ordered her the same thing but it came sprinkled with Italian seasoning all over the top which was not consistent from all the other reviews.( she did not eat it at all) The hot wings were good, now that I look for the pizza on the menu I don't see it but I guess I will have to ask annoying questions next time to clarify what comes on it. ‍ I thought I was going to have a new favorite pizza joint but not yet. Salamome's is so good and very affordable too. I highly recommend their pizza. Last night I tried their Italian beef bowl for the first time and it was scrumptious. We will continue frequenting, and are glad it's only a three or four minute drive away! We have used carry out and delivery but plan to dine in at some point, for date night. We walked in and were dressed I would think more casual than they would have liked. Think biker chic (Pronounced like sheek not as in the girl). We were sat in the bar area, and we were okay with that. I ordered the Veal Parmigiano. OH MY HECK! I thought it was really good, not the greatest I've ever had, but one of the better in the last couple of years. The veal was tender and flavorful. The pasta was cooked superbly. I really enjoyed it. I'd recommend giving it a try if you go there. I can't remember what my companion ordered. What I do remember is that it was made with a wine sauce, and something I ought not to eat. She did seem to like it. The waitress we had was nice and attentive. We never had to wait long for anything and the food came out in a timely manner. I will be back. The reason it took me so long to write it was because of the initial reaction of the hostess when we walked in. Just because we're dressed all biker doesn't mean we don't enjoy good food. Getting treated that way does cause me to get a little surly. So I waited until I could actually evaluate the restaurant on all the other aspects and move past the initial snobbery. read more

Ordered delivery. Husband and I shared the special salad and tortellini. Delivery fee is dependent on address I believe. Tortellini was delicious, came with bread that was still warm and soft. It also came with a soup, I got the potato bacon soup which was also very good! Very creamy and tasted homemade, big chunks of potato and lots of bacon. The salad was yummy! It came with Italian dressing but my husband insisted on getting the ranch too. I'm not sure if it was homemade but they were both so good! The calamari was chewy and okay. I have had better at Olive Garden. The entrees were also okay but the worst was when we were wating for our check, a COCKROACH ran across our table. I smashed it and it was decided we would never eat there again. We showed the cockroach's carcass to the waitress and hostess and they profusely apologized....but the damage was done.
