If their scheduling team is any measure of their actual healthcare team it might be dangerous for me to actually make an appointment.

He was abrupt and has no bedside manner. I was referred to him because a recent brain scan indicated a possible fungal infection in my right ethmoid and my tongue was numb and I have no taste. He didn't address my tongue issues even though his office knew about it. Now I have to find another ENT specialist to address my issues. I will never return to his office again and certainly won't recommend Willamette ENT in Salem Oregon.

It was a gradual (in three or more steps) to reach the ideal pick up for my hearing loss range allowed me to adjust to the increasingly louder environmental sounds that accompanies as the hearing pick up is increased. With increased tolerance of the extraneous sounds, I was able to realize the benefit of better hearing. After a week I bought the aids and am wearing them for at least 12 hours daily. This was not the experience I had from four other providers. They set the hearing aids for comfort so the increased hearing was minimal and were consequently discarded because they were not aiding my hearing.

DO NOT USE!!! What started as a wonderful experience ended…read moreas a nightmare! I had several appointments cancelled after I had complications following my sinusoft procedure with Dr. Skarada. When I finally got in 6 weeks after I notified them of complications, my cone beam scan showed a blockage of my sinus and retained fluid in my sinuses. I was given a course of antibiotics and no one from his office followed up with me. My primary contacted the office to follow up with Dr. Skarada because she was worried about the absence of a care plan. It took 7 weeks for Dr. Skarada to make time to speak with her about my care. I have been suffering with debilitating migraines from the sinus pressure since April when the complications began and there is no concrete plan for my care moving forward with Modern Nose. I had to make an appointment at another ENT because of the absence of follow up care with Dr Skarada's office even after getting my primary doctor involved.
