My initial appointment was ok. This must be how she sucks you in. I scheduled follow up for incontinence concerns (prior surgery and experience with this). Also depression/anxiety. I know my body and what I need to have done. Harmon mocked me for needing extra clothes at school like the kids because what I should do is the machine upstairs that fixes all that. She called me dumb for taking a SNRI for years and being pleased with it because that affects libido and everything should be about your libido. She is completely sex crazed and that's all that matters to her is if you're having great sex. She refused to treat my mental health with a prescription that I had been taking successfully for decades. She made me feel really insecure and terrible about myself but this was the only office I could even get in to for some legitimate health issues. I was pressured hard into some procedures that have left me completely numb so my libido went from low to gone. She did this by chiding and making fun. Other things too were pushed hard over insurance-covered things especially the pellet therapy. It was basically gaslighting and abuse that it's taken me a long time to realize. She never addressed my actual concerns. She screwed my hormones up so bad it has taken over a year to recover to a place where a thoughtful doctor can start over. Dr Harmon is preying on women and making a fortune with her trickery and scams. Avoid. I'd give zero stars if it allowed.

I also became a member of RealSelf. This is where I came across Dr. Keith Neaman. After reading his reviews, my husband and I went to a consultation. BOOM! He was awesome and the consult went even better than expected. Dr. Neaman is kind, confident, knowledgeable, has a sense of humor, answered all my questions and concerns as well as explained the process and what outcome I could expect. Then after also looking at his before and after pictures of his work, I had no hesitation choosing Dr. Neaman. Done deal...on to surgery date, paid deposit and went through the required process. I was never nervous or anxious...just excited. I am currently 10 weeks out from my full TT/ Lipo surgery and have had such a wonderful experience. The surgical facility he uses was also beautiful, clean and amazing staff. I have been in good hands. I am still in the healing process and won't see the doctor again until I am nearing 6 most out. This is a process and you should be at a place that you are willing to do your part to have the best outcome possible. The doctor is very indifferent and makes you see three staff in her office first each spend fiveish minutes. The Dr. only comes in herself for a briefly to show images of your MRI. The strength "tests" they ran during the apt. were less than the emergency room doctor gave me. Every question I asked, mind you I am a textbook case, she answered with I am not sure. I am at a loss for words. Never have I had such a disappointing appointment with a doctor. I have had Numb legs and weakness for 2 months now and I still do not have any plan of care.

If you do call, her office staff has their script down pat, and want you to think all of them care. They tell you to call ANY time, if ANYTHING changes, however, if you do call all you get is a voicemail greeting and an option to talk to the Salem Hospital information desk. SHE has no problem making patients wait for months to get an initial appointment. (I waited three months.) Supposedly, so they can gather all the scans and test results you've had to warrant seeing a specialist. However, when you are at the appointment SHE won't have half of them there to refer to. When asked why they didn't obtain them, SHE had no answer. Don't waste your time seeing any of them here, go out of town. They all seem to use the same faulty system in Salem.

It was an unexpected biopsy that needed to be done ASAP no doubt, but the way in which it was done was cruel unnecessarily aggressive. I can't get into the details of all that happened cause I'm still in significant pain, sick tomy stomach &.tearful over what happened. I'm a 49 year old woman who went to see this doctor today already in a state of stress & worry when I 1st got there knowing whatever it is I have it's definitely something very bad. By the time Dr Donavon left the room without saying anything to me just like when he was doing this god awful, terrifying & painful procedure I was not at all expecting, I left traumatized as I still am now. I just can't seem to get over & move on by what happened. I wish I had someone with me to witness it so I could no for sure if that is a typical way the procedure is done. But it still makes no sense to me as to why he was so incredibly cold & unprofessional. Even a vet would show an animal just a little bit of compassion or a comforting warning. Well I learned the hard way today that's not going to happen with this Dr. Donavon. I'm sorry but this is not ok!
