Great experience. We did re-finance with Poli group. Initially, we called several loan officers…read morefor the re-finance rates, among which Poli has the best rate at 15 years fixed. So we started the business with them. The closing was extremely fast. It took us only 23 days to close!! I was told that they lock the rate for 25 days, which is probably why the rate is lower as longer locking period would require a higher cost and you have to pay for it, either through closing fee or a higher interest rate. But this locking period is enough for re-fin since their process is very fast. They did say that if for some unfortunate reason the process does not close within 25 days due to their issue, they will extend it for a longer locking period. We did not go through that pain and was able to close with 25 days! Overall, it was a great experience for us. We highly recommend Poli Mortgage Group and will definitely be back again when doing another loan.

When we send quotes to our clients, it's sent in a formatted excel doc or in a portal that they can access all the information. Our rates weren't as good as the friend who recommended us, which I understand is sometimes the circumstance, but the email's we've received have felt like no one is paying any attention.
