Rather than taking the time to investigate the problem or consider that their system may have been incorrect, the staff appeared to rely solely on what their computer system told them and showed little interest in finding a reasonable solution. There was no meaningful attempt to address the concern, clarify the issue, or acknowledge the possibility that a mistake had been made. There are multiple eye care providers in the area, and many of them treat patients with decency, patience, and kindness when problems arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Moving forward, I will not be using North Point Eye Center, and I will be making sure my company does not use or recommend their business either.

The digs do feel a little dated, but that could also be attributed to their location on that sad strip of Northpoint Blvd that has more vacant lease signs than actual thriving businesses. There were quite a few examples of overtly Christian books, signs and magazines throughout the waiting room, so that could be good or bad depending on your perspective. Maybe a little on the Twilight Zone side, but perfectly fine for an eye exam.

It's actually called Industry For the Blind. They employ mostly people with some type of vision loss or complete blindness. They use to have a full service optical center that served the community and was amazing, unfortunately that section was closed, they no longer sale glasses but do vision test by appointment. The rest of the facility makes products that are sold all over the world, including a good amount of US military bases. From pens, markers and backpacks to mattresses. Their building is huge and is amazing to see their employees navigate it with ease. They definitely made it friendly for the blind. They also have a warehouse in Clemmons as well as other locations. They make affordable products that are in stores everywhere and the best part is that our military gets to save money while supporting a part of our community that is often forgotten and here they feel a sense of belonging. They also have a school on the premises specifically for blind children to start learning to be independent. If you are ever around, stop in, they will be glad to give you a tour, it's amazing to see them in action.

He took the Shower Stem to a back room with a last ditch effort to find a match but couldn't. He returned the Shower Stem back to me, I thanked him for his efforts and left the store. When I arrived at my next plumbing store, at that time is when I saw that the Stem Washer Holder had been badly damaged and bent. That was not the condition of the Stem Washer Holder when I gave the Shower Stem to the Ferguson employee to find a replacement. If the employee's goal was for me to never return to Ferguson Plumbing Supply because of poor, destructive and deceptive customer service, "He Won."

The showroom here is nicely outfitted with many product lines on display for one to see and touch in person. However, there has never been any effort to offer competitive prices. I have always and I mean ALWAYS been able to find a significantly lower price on identical inventory. I have given the Ferguson rep detailed price quotes and asked for matching numbers with no accommodation offered. IMO if you don't care that you are paying 25% more for identical fixtures give this business your patronage. Otherwise there are better options easily found.

It is a gated community and you must pass through a gate and a security guard to get in. They offer single family stand alone homes, apartments and condos as well as Assisted living care in a separate building. They also have a rehab building. There are lots of activities for the seniors here and they keep them busy and entertained. The staff is very hospitable and caring with all the residents. They make you feel welcome and warm. The area is maintained and landscape is always on point. I would love to live here when I am older.
