I was set up got a cleaning and then today got prepped for a bridge. Unlike other places where I feel like my anxiety was not addressed the staff was very calming and polite. I confirmed our appointment Friday but called and Gave me a personal reminder about my appointment. I was with my mother in law who has Alzheimer's who fell at her caregiving facility and was at the Hospital picking her up. Exactly a year later I was called non stop about a large balance owed that was late. They said they were behind on billing and are cleaning up their books and that I had to pay it now. Its bad practice to bill a year later and demand money on the spot. Lisa is a very rude person and was unwilling to help. She also calls 3-4 times in a row like an immature kid.
