I have had both Hopkins and Kennedy do some cutting. My situation is unique, as I have had no bone for several years before finally having the means to get this done. Due to that, several bone grafts have not worked. Instead of keeping my money and telling me it won't work, they have accommodated me in every possible way. On top of that, they are the best at their respective profession in the state. I would fly back here to finish the job if I had moved out of state. I left crying and mentally tried to prepare myself to go through some pain for quite a while. On a whim I called this place and they got me in the SAME DAY!! I got antibiotics and pain meds and an appointment for a little over 2 weeks which helped so much. I was told to call if I had any issues- well I did have issues once the course of antibiotics was finished. I called, and again I was told to come in the same day. I walked in, waited literally like half a minute and went back in the room. a few minutes later I was starting the extraction process (which I wanted). Dentist was very friendly, down to earth, and did not ever make me feel embarrassed or ashamed of my bad teeth. I have seen this office help a few people I know in the very same way they helped me and I just cant believe it!! I am truly satisfied with this dentist and plan to return to do everything I need to do to fix all my issues. I would 100% recommend !!

After having my mouth deadened, I was waiting for the operation to begin. No one was in the room with me. I felt a rubbing along my left side while I was laying fully reclined in the chair. There was a large dog next to me. Not mine. He licked the left side of my face. I spoke up and asked that the dog be removed. There may have been cursing. Mine. The dog was removed. The procedure then was completed. At the end of the process, I mentioned to Dr. Bayat that a dog should not have been in the room. He said it was okay with OSHA rules and called me an "angry old man." I'd never consented to a dog being in the room. He also said if I had not been scheduled at the clinic, I would not have gotten an appointment anywhere for three to four months. Upon leaving the clinic, I asked the bill be sent to me as I wanted time to contact OSHA, the Oregon Dental Association, and my Medicare Advantage insurance company. Then was told that they didn't have the product to make them yet & would have to push my appointment out..once again for the following week then called me the very next morning ( after a holiday) & said they product was in & my dentures were done.
