After taking the windshield tint off, I found multiple parallel linear scratches on both sides of the windshield under the tint. It's a new car, so I would have noticed if there were scratches before. See the photo. Omar told me he would call me over the next couple days about fixing the scratches, but he did not. I called to follow up in the next week, and they said I would get a return call later that day. I did not receive any call and have not received any information in the last month. I am very disappointed by the lack of communication.

I most recently used JN Phillips for replacement. The woman on the phone who set up my appointment was extremely helpful. I only had a few days until the end of the month, and I needed to have my car inspected before then as well. And it was supposed to be raining for days, which would mean that I'd need to go to their location, since neither my house nor my office have a garage. Well, she was checking the weather for me, and set up the appointment at my home just in case it didn't rain. Luckily, it didn't, and a couple guys from their Malden location came out and fixed my car right up. They even stuck the velcro pieces from my fastlane to the edge of my rear view so I could put them back on. (Last time I had my windshield replaced, they took them with the old glass, and I had to get new ones from the fastlane folks.) I'd use them again, and knowing my car, will likely have to.

First, they lost my piece for over three months. I finally showed up in person and it was found - minus the custom screws needed to put it back as it was intended. Undaunted I proceeded to try replacement screws and promptly cracked the $80 plus 13 x 17 or whether mirror they had installed. So I'm now down $80 plus $600 in refunds to unhappy guests at my AirBnb. We are now into moth 12 from the date I first dropped it off and the apparently lost it again. Do not make the same mistake I made. Do no give them your business.

I've called them twice to follow up and both times they said that the part hasn't been received but they would get back to me. It's incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable that I'm the one who has to chased them down for updates. It is obvious that is not a priority for them. I will never go to that shop again, and I would never recommend anyone to go there either. They break customers property and then lag their feet in addressing the issue.

During the job, a technician broke the brake light switch and attempted to glue it back together rather than replacing it--without informing me. By evening, the glued switch failed, causing the brake lights to illuminate. I called before closing to report the issue and ask when they could fix it. Instead of offering to address their mistake that day, I was told to return Monday--unacceptable for a problem they caused. I had to visit a parts store and fix it myself. What bothered me most: No apology, no accountability, no offer to compensate, and zero follow-up from management. Notably, they requested my Google review before the service was even complete--which explains their suspiciously high rating.
