Shaun went out of his way to perform a meticulous replacement, including making minor fixes to loosening trim and vacuuming the interior after he was done. The difference in both cars is stunning as the windshields after 100k+ miles featured major "sparklies" at night, as the lights of oncoming traffic reflected from all the pits in the glass. Shawn is the owner and does the work himself which is rare in the age of big companies gobbling up everything in sight. I contacted Titan on Thursday after getting confirmation of my insurance claim. Shawn called back and set up an appointment for the next day. He called to confirm Friday morning and showed up early in the appointment window. Best experience I have ever had with an auto glass company, they came highly recommended from a friend and with poor experiences with national chains, I needed a quality installer for a valuable car. The experience was great, Shaun was super professional and took his time to ensure nothing was damaged and the car was better than ever. Saved from the big guys by the Titan! My windshield had been replaced by my insurer's preferred national glass vendor last year and recently began leaking in the rain and car washes. My mechanic recommended Shaun over at Titan and I couldn't be more pleased! Shaun discovered that they had failed to prime my windshield preventing it from properly setting and sealing - when he pushed on the top edge of the windshield you could see it move away from the frame! It's been two weeks with ice, rain, and some car washes and I've had nary a leak since! Shaun was really great for a bunch of reasons: (1) When I asked for a quote, he made an effort to save my company money by trying to figure out if our insurance waived deductible payment for replacement glass. (2) The price was more than reasonable. (3) I was able to schedule the service very soon after contacting him. (4) He didn't mind when I was running late this morning. (5) The work was finished quickly. (6) He noticed that the windshield fluid wasn't coming out, so he checked under the hood, noted that the hoses were disconnected, and found a mouse nest in there. AND he removed the mouse nest! (7) He was happy to take a check, though I did pay with cash. (8) And I almost forgot...free mobile service! Awesome. Awesome guy--I'm glad I could support his small business, and I definitely recommend him over the national chain with the annoyingly catchy jingle. (You know the one....) Did a great job replacing the glass in my Forester, as well as explaining to me how crappy a job JN Phillips did on the previous replacement (failed to seal causing rust, scratched paint, etc). I'm no expert but Titan seems to have done a great job, the glass seems nicer and attention to detail is apparent in little things such as windshield stickers being reattached properly. Guy was friendly and informative, and if I need more glass service Titan will be my first choice. read more

I recently got a crack in the my front windshield while driving up 95. The dealership recommended Titan. I checked reviews online and they seemed too good to be true so I was a bit skeptical. I'm happy to report that I had a very positive experience. Shaun is the owner and he did my replacement. He walked me through the process because I had never had to replace a windshield before. I recently had my windshield replaced by Titan. The quality of workmanship matches the manufacturer. When setting the appointment with Shaun, he asked about my current windshield; several of his questions I answered without certainty. On the morning of my appointment, be called me 1/2 hour before arriving. Upon arrival, he inspected my current windshield. He brought additional supplies to address my uncertainty, including whether my windshield had previously been replaced, and if my rear view mirror was wired to the windshield. My windshield had been replaced before and there was damage to the fixturing. Shaun replaced the fixturing at no additional cost. He also brought two windshields, since I didn't know if my rear view mirror was wired. It was. I appreciate Shaun's professionalism and I highly recommend Titan Auto Glass. read more

Shaun was AWESOME. I had a crack on my windshield from a rock that hit while driving on the highway that had nearly quadrupled in size in just a few days. I called my insurance company and they referred me to Titan and called Shaun on my behalf. He got back to me right away after my insurance company gave him a call with my information and scheduled a visit for what I remember to be the very next day. He called ahead and I happened to be out on an errand but my sister was home and he had no problem dealing with the multiple points of contact. On a cold December morning he arrived on time and was extremely friendly but professional. He even took a moment to play with my overly friendly dog as I returned from the vet, and made sure everything was okay with my dog :) Shaun was speedy and did a great job not only with the install, but with explaining everything to me after the fact in terms of care, how long to leave the tape on, what to expect, etc. He even noticed that one of the interior pieces on my car wasn't fully snapped in and corrected that for me as well, which was completely out of his scope and just a nice thing to do. He left my driveway clean and clear. Hopefully I don't have many more glass issues, but if I do, I will DEFINITELY call Shaun, and would recommend him to anyone in the area!!! read more

After recently having a mediocre experience with another company replacing the windshield on my VW, I knew I needed to get someone I could trust to work on my BMW E61 wagon. I had my windshield replaced 2 years ago by J & N auto Phillips. Not that they were bad, or anything against the person who installed my window, but here we are early 2017 and the windshield cracked after a quick 2 years & 3 months. I spoke with the insurance company and said I wanted to wait until spring to have it replaced. I had known Shawn since highschool and had heard really great remarks about him. I was originally going to take it back to J & N Auto Phillips just to bitch at them saying 2 years is ridiculous, but rather than get fired up I decided to call back the insurance and said I wanted to go with Titan Auto Glass instead. Shawn called me as last week we had a lot of inclement weather and was really bogging down our scheduling times. He called me Friday late morning and asked if I had any plans for the afternoon. Luckily the sun came out and he popped over the house all ready to go with my new windshield. We shot the breeze as he removed my old windshield and installed the new one. My insurance company made this process as painful as possible, but Shaun more than made up for their lack of customer service. It was super easy to schedule time online, he was diligent in notifying us of his arrival, and the workmanship was excellent. He also finished dealing with the insurance directly so I didn't have to. All of the features such as the auto wipers work as expected and the windshield looks great. Unlike my last replacement, this one is obviously done right.
