Genuinely the worst experience I've had after any crash, and I had a bunch. Don't even know where…read moreto start. First of all, left the car at the beginning of November without engine being in trouble. They managed to not even turn in on for almost two month, that lead to it being completely broken. So they had to order a complete new one for almost 30K which made me wait another month and half. Just mind that I left M4CS(2025). Secondly, the car couldn't turn on the sport mode at all, even after I brought it back to him, he couldn't fix anything and asked to see the official dealership. Thirdly, he promised to change the steering wheel but after the car being there for extra 3 days that didn't happen either, obviously he made up a story that I wouldn't get my inspection with it when I already had an inspection done on my previous car with the exact same steering wheel. Fourthly, there is an inspection center right next to him, he also said he would get that done, but guess what? No, not the steering wheel. Now I have an engine check light always on which wouldn't allow me to do the inspection as well. I could keep going with it. When I call on Friday to ask about when I would be able to pick up the car, I'd then ask so next week? His reply was, "how next week?"(like he is about to finish it tmr) So I called on Sunday and he gets surprised that I call on Sunday. Calling on Monday he refers to Wednesday, calling Wednesday he says tomorrow, calling Thursday finally made me get it on Friday. I did not leave my car there it was my dumb little brother who crashed it as well when I got out of town if you had any question why I was dealing with this bs. Yeah, as you can tell the fourth month of his great working on my car has been going and my it is still not fixed. I'm not asking, I'm making sure you are not bringing it car there unless it's a Prius or something worse. There is about 20-40 shops in 5-7 mile range. I have to say, I was very happy with this place, particularly the service of the mechanics that work there and their willingness to help me, despite my strange requests. That's the short story. The long story is, I noticed a very unpleasant smell in my car (a few months after I spilled some bean juice in my car, and I thought I had cleaned it up). It seemed to be coming from the back seat, so I went crazy trying to mask/clean it. i used baking soda, whole bottles of Fabreeze, even bleach, still no luck. Finally, I decided I had to look underneath my seat (its a bench seat) to see if there was some kind of bean juice cesspool growing down there. Now, I have no idea how to get this seat up, so I had no choice but to swallow my embarrassment and ask help from someone that would know. I'm sure these guys thought I was crazy, but they were very nice to me all the same, and obliged my request to pull the seat up. They didn't notice it at first, but when they pulled up a cloth sound barrier, it hit them like a wall! They recommended I replace it and even called dodge to see if they had a part for me, but they couldnt find it. I endued up wiping down the underside of the seat and bleaching the sound barrier. Car has smelled fine ever since! So basically, I was just really happy that these guys were willing to help me and didnt give me as many strange looks as I probably deserved. This may have not been a typical car problem, but I could tell by how they treated me and carried themselves that they were professionals.

They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck.
