Got my nails done by Tracy. She did an amazing job and I felt very welcomed by her. She took her time and made sure I liked everything as she was going. The lady who was doing my friends nails even did her toenails before they closed (we had honestly lost track of time and didn't realize they were about to close), but even then we still felt very welcomed. They even opened up a chair for me to sit next to her so I could get a little massage while waiting. My 15 yr old daughter requested a full set in white and a pink star design. she had to request several times that the tech fix issues like thinning out the very bulky acrylic, straightening the nail, and evening out the texture, cleaning up the "legs" of polish that ran onto her skin and shaping the nail and making the star look like a star. It was like it was the first time she did a set. My daughter is introverted never speaks up - bc she's painfully anxious- but it's something we've been working on. each time my daughter requested a correction she asked with her manners and calmly- never got upset, even apologized for having to ask. The tech got angry with my 15 year old daughter and aggressively started taking her nails off. she began raising her voice saying that she was too difficult and she was not going work on her. my daughter tried to calmly speak to the lady and apologized again for asking for some corrections. The tech began yelling AT my daughter- a minor - and continued to run her mouth when I stepped in to end that behavior. As she walked out of the salon she said she didn't care if we came back or not bc it's not her business. Absolutely unprofessional and just disrespectful. My daughter was Shaking so badly and so anxious after the incident. Another tech came to speak to my daughter and look at her nails - the tech doing my pedicure did apologize after several minutes and offered to fix them. Super disappointed with my experience here. I had to keep asking them to fix the shape of my nails and they still aren't even, which just made them shorter. The paint job isn't even good because I had to ask for a third coat so I couldn't see through the polish. They only had one person who could do a design and she wasn't very good. I even asked her to do the matte on my nails first so the gold could stay shiny and she said it would be fine but sure enough, the gold is dark and dingy. The dots weren't even and the lines were crooked. They knew I was unhappy with it and they didn't even ask if they could fix it. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came here to get my nails done for my brother's wedding and I gave them my inspiration picture and she said she could do it. She started my nails and then just cut them without asking me what length I wanted, I told her that I did not want my nails that short and she said " Oh well I already started I can't redo them." I was very confused because I am a nail tech and I always ask what length before cutting the nails and she could have easily taken the tips off and done them again to get to my desired length. She continued my nails but she was mad because I told her to redo them, she ended wanting to do my nails supper thick so I ended up getting a different nail tech. My nails were chunky. I do not recommend, very bad vibes overall. They also use the same nail file, cuticle cutter,for everyone which is very unsanitary. They were also talking bad about me while doing my nails which I don't mind but they could have atleast waited till I left to talk bad about me. Very unprofessional and extremely rude! read more

For my daughter's birthday she wanted to get her nails done So I took her, my mother and myself to T H Nails for pedicures and for gel nail fills for myself and my daughter. Our pedicures turned out nice, no concerns there except the cost, $45 for a basic pedicure with gel polish. while I was getting my nails done the tech kept saying how short my nails were so we decided to do a full set of liquid gel nails. While she was putting in the tips, I mentioned the pinky tip was crooked. She told me it would be fine when it was finished. when She as cutting my newly put on tips she asked how I wanted them and I said shorter but when she cut the tips down, they were down to my actual nail. She finished the job and we left. My daughters nails were beautifu and natural looking. My nails were stubby, thick and uneven and the pinky was still crooked. I had expressed my concerns during getting my nails done. When I was complaining to my daughter about how bad they were, she didnt believe me that they were that bad, took my hand and started examining my nails and laughed! The sides weren't completely painted some were thicker than others, and the way were crooked! we Walked back into the salon and spoke to the lady who owns the shop. i told here I wasn't happy with my nails and she very loudly said "I will take them off for you and you can go somewhere else. I'll refund your money". I had just wanted them fixed. While taking off my nails, roughly, when told me it was up to me to tell the tech if I wanted thick or thin nails, which I had, and I pointed out that in addition to them being thick, the sides were not painted and they were crooked. Well today she had to bring her 11 month old daughter with her because it was her only day off and her babysitter was unavailable and her family lives up north. In the middle of her getting her nails done her daughter starts making noises and babbling like any other 11 month old child would. Well the nail tech turned around and said "you need to find a babysitter or next time come alone because people come here to relax". I'm sorry but this is poor customer service. You never know somebody's situation and why they can't get childcare. I get that people go to relax but it's not right to make a comment like that to a PAYING customer. If you prefer that kids are not allowed in your salon then make it noted with a sign on the door. She felt embarrassed after this like she did something wrong when she just wanted some time to make herself feel good. This salon just lost a paying customer. Learn some respect. read more

I sincerely never go so far as to not tip or leave a review, but I feel as though the issues I had at my visit today were completely avoidable. When I walk in I'm asked what I'm wanting done only to be interrupted and told "no, no do this instead" repeatedly. All I was wanting was white dip nails but the tech kept pushing saying "no". ?? Acrylics are supposed to last at least 3-4 weeks and you can just do fills after! But nope on the 4th day, 2 nails already fell off lol. Had my nails done today by Ivana and she is the *best* !! My nails came out looking like they suddenly grew half an inch... So natural. and I had basically no nails when I walked in there... I got the gel but I can tell that she could work magic with just plain old basic acrylic. And the spots appeared two days ago. When I called To complain, they said I have to pay an EXTRA $5 to have some type of top coat put on to stop the brown dots from appearing. My $90 should very much be covering that. I will not be going here anymore and do not suggest for anyone to go here. Expensive for NOTHING!!! I have been here several times, with varying results from good to bad. Today, I would like to report my experience from January 18, 2017. I was there for a pedicure, and my 4 year old daughter was getting polish on her fingernails. After my daughters polish was done, she was physically picked up by the manicurist and brought to the area with the ultraviolet lights to dry. She had her hands under the dryer, she is not wriggly or unruly, she sat there calmly, but she is a child and things can happen. I did not realize the lights under the dryer were so hot they could burn her arm, and was not made aware of that by the staff or any signage posted. After we paid, I noticed her arm had a significant size burn on it. I did not make a big deal about it because I didn't know the degree or cause of the burn and it wasn't immediately bothering her. However, later in the day, blisters started to form and it was uncomfortable for her. I called the T H Nails back to say maybe there was a defective light or malfunction, because why else would they have lights so intense they would burn a person, let alone put a small child under them without notifying a parent of this risk? The man I spoke to said there was nothing wrong with the machine, that the lights are hot and if they are touched they can burn a person, even an adult. Rudely insinuating that I should have known that and therefore taking no responsibility and giving no apology. I asked for a refund, which he said he would do for my daughters nails ($5), proceeded to put me on hold without saying anything, and hung up. It's been a week, and no refund was given. Not that giving me a refund of $5 covers the cost of taking my daughter to the ER to treat a 2nd degree burn... So to sum things up, I will never be going to this nail salon again and urge you not to bring your children here. They do not care about their clients well being and couldn't even offer up a simple apology or sympathy, and I feel like that is a completely unacceptable business practice. read more

Took my sister here today for a manicure. We both opted for a regular manicure with just clear polish. The technician who worked with me was pleasant, did a good job, lotion and massage on my hands and forearms. The technician who worked on my sister, didn't even acknowledge her, filed and cleaned her cuticles. No lotion, no arm massage and she made her leave her table (all within 15 minutes). She charged her $5 more. It was terrible. I asked why the difference in charges, and the lady just said that is what she charges. I will not go back, posted amount was for a certain amount, and the technician charged her more for less of a service. Very disappointed. read more

The salon was clean and the staff was friendly. However, my manicure was a joke. I just wanted acrylic French tips. The lady cut up my cuticles bad and almost all my fingers were bleeding. I had nail polish stuck on my skin. She tried to wipe it off and clean it but mostly just made it worse because she sprayed alcohol on my bleeding cuticles. The tips were smeary looking and the top coat didn't look or feel smooth. My manicure lasted about 3 days before the top layer started peeling off ( I've never had that happen) and they cracked then too. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. read more

After 45 minutes pass, 2 ladies that came in after we're getting serviced, so that prompted me to note mentally that next time I should probably schedule an appointment even though I was the only waiting without. After an additional 20 minutes of wait, the same lady that originally quoted me a wait time, came over and asked what service I was waiting for. Okay, whatever. At this point, I'm irritated because who wouldn't be after waiting an hour. No apology or anything. Once she did get started the service was decent and she was very friendly I will give them that, but that's really all I have. They were not. 9 of my nails had lifted. I work with blood, and biohazard items. Having cracks in my nails is a huge no no.
