I have 2 wigs and 1 topper from them. They've always been so kind and helpful. They did my wig styling for my wedding day and are very accommodating in turn-around times for servicing. I saw some other reviews that were confused why extra stuff costs extra... it's because it's extra? I've never been to another wig store that includes extra stuff in the purchase of a wig, maybe unless it's a loyalty program or you're a repeat customer. You wouldn't go get a manicure and expect to take the nail oil home with you haha. Their prices are really reasonable and the team is great and easy to work with. I can't recommend them enough!

I asked for layers on my daughter and I barely notice any layers. I did think it was cool they washed my daughter's hair unlike kids salons where they just spray it down with water. But my appointment spot was 30 min and we were in/out in 20 and she didn't blow dry my daughter's hair fully just the front. For the price... I guess it's alright. The cut was straight thankfully. But overall I feel like these are newly licensed cosmetologists and/or don't care about ye service they perform. Will definitely look elsewhere before her next trim/cut.
