The owner Mrs. Tiffany Jeffers celebrity make up artist was hands on the entire evening. Tiffany is a wonderful and gracious shop owner and with the impressive resume she holds you would think the opposite. I have had the pleasure of working with her in the past and she has always been a true gem. She allowed us to blast the Beyonce as we "got glam for the evening". We had our very own private photo shoot and the ladies loved every minute of it. She makes and customizes her make up which is wonderful, you will never have to worry about figuring out the perfect blend, because she can create it. How awesome is that! her prices are extremely reasonable and lets just say you will spend less getting a full face (make up term) here then you will in the "M" store. I dare not use the real name because I have friends who work there as well as friends who swear by this store. We had a memorable experience here and I for one will be back. He also performed platysmaplasty with chin/jawline liposuction. I didn't want a drastic change; however, I had finally had it with my long, humped nose and undefined jawline....no matter how thin I was. From my first meeting with Dr. Papel, I felt at ease. His bedside manner is unparalleled, as he spent over an hour speaking with me and explaining which procedures he believed would address my concerns. He took photographs of me and was able to generate images of the expected results (not exact, of course), which he showed me at a second meeting. After much research and discussions with friends, who are in the medical field and familiar with the Baltimore area plastic surgeons, I decided to go with Dr. Papel. On the day of the surgery, the doctor took time, again, to review the procedures he was performing. I then met with the anesthesiologist and was taken into the surgical area. The entire surgical staff was kind and made feel completely comfortable. My recovery went as explained/expected and now I have a beautiful nose that suits my face and an amazing jawline! It has been a little over three months since my surgery and I had another follow-up today with Dr. Papel. The healing is going as expected and I couldn't be happier. The PA I met with was very kind and helpful, and overall my experience in the office was great. That all changed when I got the bill. I had visited for a skin cancer screening, that's what I said when I made the appointment, that's what I did in the office, but when I was billed by them for the lab work, they didn't bill it as preventative care. As a result, my insurance didn't cover the tests (even though it was in-network) and I am having to pay out of pocket. If you are planning to pay out of pocket, I do think they are worth visiting, but if you plan to use insurance, think twice! Update responding to comment: I have already spoken to the billing department. They were the first people I called when I ran into issues. In fact, I was going to write a 5 start review initially, but after speaking to billing and being told, quite rudely, that you "don't offer preventative care" I came here to share my experience with others.
