My first massage therapist was a little more "handsy" than I would appreciate, but chalked it to his style and picked another massage therapist the second time I went. The second time was better than the first time. I scheduled a third appointment with the same therapist I saw the second time, and upgraded to a 90 minute massage. During the entire 90 minutes, after I flipped onto my back the front of my body wasn't massaged in any way. I asked management why a full body, 90 minute massage didn't include the front and I did not get a good answer. I was asked if I'd like to book my next appointment, to which I said no (as always so I can book when I'm ready). I noticed in the app a few weeks later that an appointment had been booked on my behalf. Additionally, I received a request to leave a review and I did and asked to be contacted by management, which I was never contacted. Today, I called to cancel the appointment and told Jess that I did not make the appointment and that I did not appreciate her staff booking it on my behalf after I said no. She was able to see when the appointment was booked, which was the time of my last appointment. I told her again, I stated no when asked and she stated back in return that she did not believe me. I asked her why I would book, when I left a negative review and asked to be contacted by management, which also never happened. She stated that she emailed me, and when I told her that I never received an email she said I was lying rather than verifying my email address. At the end of the call, she stated she was emailing my a cancellation form for my membership, which I also have yet to receive. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Had management addressed my concerns professionally and directly, I would likely continue business at another location instead, however I will now never use Massage Envy again. For something that should be a relaxing experience, it's been rather stressful and uncomfortable each time.

Both she and another one of our friends got it done for their wedding and they looked fabulous. I knew I had to book an appointment for my next event! I made a reservation online and it was extremely easy. Studio A is kind of hard to find if you've never been. Definitely look it up online before heading that way with your Google Maps. I got lost! It's nestled in Cahaba Heights across the street from Starbucks and Dairy Queen. You also need to remember to wear dark and loose fitting clothing. It's a small salon but is tidy and cute! There's pictures of Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe everywhere. Everyone I came in contact with there was very nice. When I got my airbrush tan done, you could tell they took their time with extreme precision. They assessed my body and where to spray - whether it be more or less. I think my whole session was about 10-15 minutes. It was dry nearly immediately. They even walked me to the front door, as it was raining earlier on in the day, to make sure my feet and legs wouldn't get wet. The tan was dark, but not over powering. There was orangey/oompa-loompa coloring either. My tan lasted around 10 days. Amazing! Studio A has a new forever client in me! Love, love, love it!

At my appointment, Alicia listened to my concerns about drastic change and made sure that didn't happen! I have since been there several times and always happy with the result. I love that my eyelashes are curled and visible without any makeup. Eyebrow lamination seems a little drastic right after it's done, but the next day when it sets in, it is so nice and much fuller looking. Alexa, Alicia, and Lauren are all wonderful at what they do! They offer full sets extensions and carry lash care products, too. I bought an eyelash serum, Borboleta, that has greatly lengthened my lashes! The facility is very clean and open. It's not private rooms, but there are curtains between the treatment beds. Highly recommend Habitual Lash!
