They told me I need a follow up appointment. I scheduled a follow up visit, which I believed that's all it would be. No one explained, I might need touch ups(?) and it would be additional charges, which is exactly what happened again! I was charged on top of what I paid on my original appointment. I can speak both English and Spanish, however, the person who administered my shots, spoke neither! The woman at the front desk spoke English, however, she was not in the room with us. After my first visit, I had lumps on my forehead, on one side of my face and the other side, didn't seem like anything was done. The lumps took so long to go away, I almost went back before my follow up appointment, but I waited. I know I shouldn't have waited, but, my first time dealing with this type of thing. On my Follow up appointment, more shots, more lumps and overall, I was Not happy with my experience or results. They said the Botox I did get, should last until about October, it is August, and I can see my frown lines (called the 11). I was going to go back, but again I didn't and never will. Gave them a "2" because their consultation was free, the place was nice, and they weren't rude, before the back and forth about price. I am saying, get everything in writing, EVERYTHING! One of my biggest mistakes and another one of my mistake, was trusting them. I learned my lesson, for wherever I go, regardless of how nice they are in the initial meeting, I will get everything in writing, if not, I will walk away!
