I gave 3 stars bc the staff were nice when l entered by greeting me. They asked if I needed help finding anything (also great), but didn't take the time to help me find anything. I could understand if they were busy but I was the only customer with two staff at the register. They were heavily engaged in their conversation throughout my visit. I went in on Thursday and the manager helped me. I explained I wanted to remove the dark purple so I could go back with the Lavender color that I really liked so she showed me a box of color remover, so I purchased it and did it the next day when it was time to wash it out it had turned the dark purple on the back and sides orange omg it was terrible!!! There was another young girl working I explained what the manager had helped. So this clerk tells me all I need is a toner so I come home and follow what she said to do! So now instead of orange it turned it Green!! So I go backup there and there was two young girls working the girl with blonde and some other colors in her hair and she had all these piercings on her face she was standing there making fun of me because I was upset that now i had already spent over forty dollars ! I will never go in that store again Ultra has my business now and boy what a difference between sally having dumb asses as clerks and Ulta have respectful very knowledgeable. If you want your hair done right go to Ulta you won't be disappointed, the Lady at Ulta took the time to show me I needed to get the orange and green out now my hair look really healthy and Pretty ! Thank you Ultra you have my business now and I well send people your way! NO MORE SALLY's!!!! read more

If I could give 0 as a review I would. Julia is the absolute rudest, unprofessional associate here. When I was there she was vaping at the front door and could not be bothered to assist. Won't be shopping there in the future - surprised the store stays open with the lack of professionalism. Do better Sally. read more

If I could give zero stars I would!! This store is the closest one to me at over 30 mins away and I arrived 3 mins past their closing time and they still had shoppers inside the store. I needed ONE thing and knew exactly where it was. The girl refused to let me get it and basically told me to I'm sh&t out of luck. I been going to this Sallys for years always was stocked in mostly everything but NOW everything is out of stock they say they sell out quick but I been going for one product for the passed month and it's always out of stock. I've never had a problem with any of the employees in any Sally's that I've been to. This one has very nice sale associates . They don't ever follow me around as though I'm going to steal something . Plus the shelves are always stocked . And they help me whenever I need it . read more

The other reviewer must have been there on a lucky day. Every time I've gone in their I've either had a knowledgeable but rude (or at least unfriendly) person, or a nice person who knew very little. Once I bought a jar of a beauty product that had mold in it.. Also, EVERY time I've been there, I'll be trying to talk to a clerk, and if another customer comes up, they just go off with them, without even asking if I was done needing their help. It's like "Hey what about....oh. You're gone." Then I have to chase them around the store. Most of the products, except for the moldy one, I've bought have been okay and they have a nice selection. But bad customer service is a deal breaker for me. I work retail myself, and service should be given with a smile and the customer should be fully assisted before moving on to another customer, if a new one comes up the clerk should acknowledge them and say they will be with them when they are done with the current customer. if you don't want to be stared down while you're shopping, don't come here. most of the employees are nice but mariah who i'm assuming is the manager is very rude to customers and makes you feel like you don't belong there. i don't feel comfortable returning to this location. i hope they get new management soon because i think most people would feel more comfortable coming here again. read more

Updating my previous review - the good employees have left, the new staff is rude and unhelpful, and if you need something specific, they're pretty much guaranteed not to have it. Even regulars like me can't get products we buy frequently, and god forbid they crack a friendly smile or say hello. It's appalling how poorly they treat their customers. read more

Im almost convinced this sallys hires theee rudest people they can find...i go here only because it has specific hair products i need but after my last visit a couple of evenings ago..i WONT be back anytime soon. Customer service is the WORST, although, there are a couple of friendly, helpful ones, but majority are rude, arrogant, unhelpful employees, more than ive seen at a single business in a long time..Sallys please change this! I love this store but refuse to shop somewhere where the FIRST and ONLY words i get when i walk in is "we're closing in 2 minutes" this is at 7:53pm (7 minutes before closing) .... which i knew what i was getting, went to the register (would of been out of there in literally a minute and a half) had it not been that the employee had the nerve to argue with me, about pricing mistake on their end.. all the way out the door...what a shame!
