Horrible! I was getting a product that said buy 2 get one free. I went to pay, she said that the system was not giving her the special. She treated me like I was the one that put the sign up!!!! I told her that it's not my problem to find a way to overwrite it. She said that she couldn't! Then I was buying something else as well on the rack it said one price, when she rang it up it said $2 more! I told her that it was the wrong price. Yes, same story...can't overwrite! She was telling the manager and the entire time making me look like I was an idiot. I would have spent an extra $12 that I did should have not have to. I left! The workers here were extremely nice! When I walked in I was greeted with a sweet "Hello Welcome to Sally's!" There was only two workers here but they did there very best. They also had a lot of good items for hair. There was also different brands and I knew most of them. Totally recommend you go here if you need hair products or to make hairstyles! read more

I asked for the free beach bag they're were giving las month for Mother's Day, since I saw they still have many of them and they told me no because they're selling them for $30 some, I have her call the manager and the manager said yes and them the system don't allowed, I was a manager in another shops before and when that happens the manager have the right to make any changes, but she just acted Ruth when I said I will like to return the purchase I just made for the amount of $108.36 and got what I really was needing for the amount of $13.29. I was just returning my purchase not arguing at all and she came and told me, we'll all shops work differently, you have to came and work at Sally so you can see it, I have told her in a bad mood them that I don't work as a sales person anymore and she doesn't suppose to talk to customer like that. read more

Horibble horibble and I mean repulsive service. I came to return an item and wasn't aware of the policies of the store. I was calm and adamant about explaining why I was returning my UNUSED product and WITH A RECEIPT they yelled yes they both employees being rude more so the one that wasn't helping me in front of customers. There was no manager and when they reached managers there was no help. Needless to say I didn't get my refund and they made me cry. Good luck to those useless life forms too bad I didn't catch their names.. I am going to give Sally five stars because of the excellent customer service, and how helpful the lady at the counter was. I won't have time to go to my hairdresser to get my roots done, so I figured I will venture into Sally, and save myself some time and money. Granted they don't carry the posh Italian hair coloring product that my hair dresser uses, but they do carry this excellent L'Oreal professional line for dark hair only. As soon as I walked up to the counter to ask her what color was closest to the color I already had, she didn't even have to look at the hair sample, she immediately told me the color I needed to get, and she give me a couple of special tips, in order to match the color I already have. I came home, I did exactly what she told me to do, and I am happy to report, I didn't end up with troll like red hair. Not only this lady knew how to help me, but she was also helpful to other customers with questions about products, other than hair coloring. She has the patience of a saint, as well because there were a couple of customers that were nasty, and deserved a dirty, repacked airline blanket, along with old tea. Nevertheless, the lady was nice. I've always had a good experience at this location. It is nice to see that Sally takes the time to hire and train their employees to provide excellent customer service. read more

Don't even do it, girl. I came here two days ago to buy some Manic Panic Ultra Violet and some magenta undertone but they were out of the magenta undertone so the chica told me another product was it's match. It wasn't. I just don't think you should give advice if you aren't knowledgable especially when it comes to hair. But anyway, that ain't even my beef. My beef is, I went in today and the cashier told me I can get a Sally Beauty card or whatever for $0.60 and get a $5 coupon so of course I said yes. Duh. I get home and see that the card was $5.00. So what's the point of getting a $5 coupon that I paid $5 to get? Shame on you. Shame !!!!! read more

No big difference from all the other stores they got. The break down is pretty much the same and they carry the exact products everywhere. The lady's who work there were very nice and helpful. The only thing which threw me off a little bit was the fact that I couldn't buy certain type of products because they are not open to everyone? Never had an experience like that in any of the Sally's stores. But ok. It's a clean place and not overloaded with people so you have time to walk around and check for everything. I did get an awesome eyeshadow there which was on sale for a dollar. They do have some hidden treasures in that store for sure. Just need the time to find them. All in all it's not a bad store but still more expensive than other beauty supply stores. So if you do have the time to drive a bit further I would still do that. read more

The floor sale lady was amazing, she gave me great tips, but the cashier girl blew it. I told her my number to add my purchase to my account. She didn't even care, I could feel it. She added some number that wasn't mine, very bad. She probably has her own number to collect points (I'm going to report her practice). I asked her to repeat the number back to me, nicely. She was looking at me and told me that she put the one I gave her. I asked her to repeat it. She said the 301 number. My number has those digits but not in that order LOL LOL. I told her that wasn't my number and gave her the number again. I asked her to repeat it for me. I know the whole world can't be honest, but ugh... that's pathetic. I wouldn't care to go back to that store. I don't get stealing from customers. I don't get this behavior at all. This has happened to me at CVS. Was hesitant to come here because of the reviews but staff was friendly and they had stock of everything I needed

I was trying to go blond and needed a color correction from orange/copper. I was told by a stylist it could not be done and she had her reasons, she was clearly wrong. The employee at Sally's was very knowledgeable on blond hair (she was blond) and showed me what to use and how to use it to correct my color. I had a relaxer already in my hair. I went home and followed the directions and achieved the desired results I wanted (ash blond). I was happy and Sally beauty supply on Biscayne blvd isn't a salon and they helped me achieve my goal and saved me money unknowingly; I appreciate them. Rudest staff-- horrible service, every time the same experience -outrageously bad service !!! Instead of learning english they get nasty and frustrated WITH THE CUSTOMER and actually it was no reason to get nasty but because she spoke poor english, it was her frustration, which they dont understand !!! The cashiers have an attitude of a DIVA, yet they fail to explain the very ELEMENTARY AND simple FACTS about products, they have no knowledge of how products work, AND i even dont ask just to avoid the obnoxious look and 0 information . At the check out the cashier was yelling and shaking her hands in front of my face, just to prove the point,TRING TO SAY WHAT IM SORT OF STUPID!, but that was it, people in line were looking, but the employees have no sense of being embarrassed, that they actually yelling at customer for no reason for such, and i should of walked out, really. The staff of this Sally's is a bunch of not very bright people, AND VERY UNKIND. EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS Here in this location its always the same people are going to the stores, its our cute neighborhood of North Miami, do the employees hope that the people will stop going to their store and bothering them so much?
