Service has gone downhill while prices have been raised too high. Booked appt. online for 4:30, said there were 6 stylists available but chose anyone. Only 2 stylists were present, neither acknowledged me. I checked in on computer and sat down. 15 minutes past appt. time I asked if they knew how long it would be and one stylist was extremely rude and stated that she did not know and it would take as long as it took. I feel that stylist should know how long it will take to complete man's hair cut so I asked for clarification as to how many more minutes. She stated 15-20 more minutes. I left and she sarcastically told me to have a nice day as I went out the door. We will not be back. This is not the 1st instance of bad service here, but it is the last. read more

She is the only one who could get my hair just right and actually remembered my preferences considering how many clients she saw per day. She paid attention to the little details and made me feel like a real client and not just another customer out the revolving door. The only thing nice about this Supercuts location was some of the staff. The salon looked like it hadn't been remodeled in over 20 years. It was poorly lit with yellow ceiling tiles and no matter how much I saw the stylists clean the place, it always felt "dirty" and unwelcoming. So I was saddened when I found out Haley no longer worked at this Supercuts and nobody knew where she went. By chance I discovered Greatcuts and to my surprise Haley was there. Long story short, apparently some of the stylists from this location and the Supercuts on Ave J jumped ship to Greatcuts. read more

Appointments are not adhered too. I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. After waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment (45 minutes total time) and the possibility of being late for work I walked out. This is not the first time I've encountered this issue with this facility. It appears other patrons have had the same experience. Apparently nothing is going to change with adhering to scheduled time slots for service. So, adios you lost a loyal customer. read more

I am sad to say, that I am never coming back here again. I have been coming to this location for over 2 years and have never had an issue. But, today was a very sad day, as I schedule an appointment via their check-in system and got there 10min early to checked in. The person who checked me in gave me a mean look and I was told to take a seat. As I sat down the stylist just looked at me, and no one was cutting any one hair. Some people came in and they were attended to, as I waited for 30min with no one informing me about any update or rescheduling notice. I wasn't treated the proper way. I always go there to get my hair dye and haircuts, but this time one of the employees which it's not the 1st time she treated me on a really rude way and on a rush. She didn't listen what I wanted, the final result my hair red instead of brown. I got my hair cut and treated by Haylee at the rancho vista location. Haylee was not only talented but she was also super helpful!! I was able to have the exact hair cut I wanted - she listened to all of my wants/needs and executed them perfectly. I have really long and really thick hair but she was able to manage it very well. I left feeling refreshed and renewed which is exactly what I wanted- she really made that happen by giving the customer what they want. Such a rock star will be back. read more

I have been getting my hair done at Supercuts for over 2 decades. Today I called this salon and an answering service answered the call. At first I was very confused because this man said I needed to see a consultant first before he could set up an appointment. He claimed to have called the salon to request a consultation and twice no one answered. After being puzzled about the 'non sense' this answering service was giving me just to set an appointment we both hung up. I drove to the salon and to my surprise they had no client at the store, and they had not received a call from the answering service either. I received the same cordial service I always get. However, this answering service did no justice to this salon. I was very frustrated to say the least, I'm giving the answering service a 2/5 grading. read more

I am so disappointed with the hair cut Melissa gave my son. It ruined our whole weekend. He was literally CRYING because he didn't get what we asked for. The haircut didn't have any style. I told the stylist Melissa that we wanted his hair long on the front so he could spike it up....that is not what my son got. The top of his head looked like an even balled haircut. It was so awful. It was too bad that my husband had already paid up front with a tip! Grrr...if you come to this salon, make sure you do not get Melissa for a young guy's haircut. Ask for someone else. Not happy! Called today approx 1:30 pm, asked about a specific hairdresser I have been going to for several years. Was told that she works from 3pm to 7 pm today, so I arrived at 2:55 pm, there was nobody in the salon waiting for hair cuts, and 2 people getting cuts by other hairdressers. Once again I asked about the certain person to cut my hair and was then told she just clocked out for lunch. Get it together..... they don't even know who is working and when they are working. Great haircut but the new call Center personnel who take your call are located in another country. It's super frustrating to get put on hold and all you want to do is check in for a haircut. Be prepared to get put on hold and deal with someone who's completely unfamiliar with the staff at your store. read more
