Eh. Wonder how they stay in business. They don't have much supplies here. Brushes and stuff look used as heck and old.

Went to this Sally's a few days ago and it is the worst! Manager and employee standing outside vaping and no one was inside the store working ! That's unprofessional! The manager is so unprofessional and rude! Who ever made this woman a manger was desperate or just a complete idiot! I have come into this store multiple times in the last 8 months and there is always just one employee working ! A few times before this when I had come in and needed assistance and there was this young lady named Syerra who was super knowledgeable, professional and very friendly working that was so helpful. I haven't seen her the last few times I have been in and I assume she no longer works there due to the the unprofessional manager in this store. That's super disappointing, because I do not want to deal with this manager or any other employees here, they are the worst! read more

I Went to the store the young blond register was very rude, unprofessional, unwilling to answer question about products stating she doesn't know by raising her voice , being irritated that I have asked. The worst experience I have encountered in a store. Never again to Sally's! Don't bother going there! read more

Sally's Beauty Supply products prices have been continually skyrocketing recently. Last month when I asked what the reason was the cashier said that it was due to the "minimum wage increase" of $15 per hour that will be in affect in 2021! So..., why are the prices increasing now, instead of in 2021? This company is making huge profits long in advance of the wage increase at the consumers' expense! It doesn't make any sense to me, and is very unfair. I hope that this will make them lose a lot of regular customers as a result; they will lose even more when customers (like me) start shopping online from other companies! read more

I just returned a couple of products on Tuesday at 5:50pm and the ash blond girl was extremely rude and not helpful! I had two separate returns and one purchase and she got irritated at me because I wanted to use my new store credit instead of paying her cash.. Plus, she knows nothing about coloring hair! Get a person in there that actually likes people! read more

So as I'm looking around the store because My husband got me a $50 gift card for my birthday, I realize that there's really nothing in here that I want. My daughter and I leave the store to see a lady taking down my license plate number. As I Noticed this bizarre behavior of makes me feel uneasy so I parked my car so they can get a better view of my license plate. I walked back in the store to confront them as I have not taken any of their merchandise I didn't even spend anything that would've normally been free on my gift card. This is ridiculous because I didn't purchase anything while I was in the store that they assumed I was stealing I've never stolen anything in my life, except one time merely on accident where as soon as I noticed I returned it. I do not like being profiled as a criminal. Furthermore, I went to get my money back for the gift card, they then called the cops. I received a disorderly conduct ticket. Thank goodness I video taped the incident and charges are in motion to be dismissed. read more

I was in your store, 3264 Glassford Hill RD Prescott Valley AZ 86314 on 8/8/17 @ 12:00 PM and received terrible customer service. I waited at the cash register for several minutes while the clerk was in the back complaining to a new employee that some one had called in sick. She hollered out from the back to me standing at the register with multiple people standing behind me " I'll be there in a minute". I waited a minute or so and then hollered back to her "excuse me we need help out here". She hollered back again. When she got to the register she was very rude explaining she was all by herself and trying to train someone and stated to me " Patience is a virtue!" Needless to say, the whole thing was a huge negative experience. Also, when I tried to call the number on the receipt, four times to complain, all I got was a busy signal. Then I looked up your main number online, I waited on hold 15 minutes to talk to someone, then hung up. Needless to say, your company needs to be aware of the crappy customer service I received. I will not be renewing my membership nor recommending you to anyone. read more
