Whenever I visit someone is usually available to help and answer questions, which doesn't always happen at other stores. There are other places where the young staff doesn't seem as open to talking with a middle aged lady. I read other reviews which were contrary to my experience. I do hope everyone is treated well and getting the customer service they deserve. I know we all can have our off days. I can rely on a positive experience when I go here. read more

Sally's has never been my go to place, but I must give 5 stars for the customer service provided to my mother today. While she was already being helped, I walked into the store and was greeted by another employee and asked if there was anything I needed to be helped with. The employee helping my mom was helping her locate the item she was looking for based on what she was describing. She even got out the iPad to look in stock for it to be discovered the item we were looking for was discontinued, unfortunately. The employee was very patient in helping us on our little hunt. Aside from that, the store is well kept and organized with seemingly multiple sales going on for various brands and items. read more

Customer service is horrible walk in the door they demand you use the nasty sanitizer place at the door. The manager standing at the door saying wear your mask & to be worn fully over your nose and mouth correctly, or you will need to leave the store. I'd spent lots money here before and this girl was so nasty I will never come back sure beware . read more

as I was just browsing the store after grabbing what I came for I noticed one of the workers excuse herself past a customer and came straight up to me asking if I needed help after I told her no she continued to follow me to every isle I walked into . felt targeted and discriminated . id rather drive a few miles to another location since I cant peacefully shop close to home read more

I really wish the staff was kinder and more helpful. They do nothing but sit at the front in groups and gossip. I was in the store over 30 mins looking for products and NOT one employee of the 4 asked if I needed any help. I was the only customer in there. On top of that they told me they no longer carry plastic bags and if I wanted a bag I would have to purchase a paper one for 15 cents. With an armful of stuff I had no choice but to buy a bag. How do you not offer bags and expect someone to pay so they don't have to carry an armful and drop things on the way to their car. I love Sally's but will no longer shop at this location. If you like run and disrespectful employees then this is the location for you! read more

I went to Sally's Beauty Supply today to look for a hair dryer. As soon as I walk in the store the employee states, "You can't come in here". I said, "What". She went to say you are not allowed to come in this unless you use the hand sanitizer by the door. I told her, I just sanitized my hands. She still said you can't come in her until you use our hand sanitizer. Needless to say, that is probably the most germ infected bottle. I used my elbow to squirt the sanitizer out. As I proceeded to walk towards the hair dryer, she states, "Can I help you"? My reply was, "No, Ma'am I'm fine. I get the Cornavirus and the precautions that everyone must take. I had on my mask and I had just used sanitizer. To tell a customer they are not allowed in the store unless they use the store's is extreme. There wasn't a sign posted anywhere because I checked. Sally's really need to train their employees on customer service and how to be more professional. I will never return to this store. I will give my money to their competitor. I am also going to make a complaint to their corporate office. They need to know what is going on in their store. This doesn't make any sense and she needs to be reprimanded for her actions. read more

Never going back again. I've been going to Sally's in Stafford Market Place for 5 years now. Never once did I have a issue, until yesterday 10/8/2016. I went in there for my usual Creme Of Nature Argan Oil Curly Pudding that I've been using for the last 3 years now, I checked out and everything went well. Until I walked out of the store, a lady with brown hair asked me "sir what's in your pocket?" I asked her to repeat the question & she said can I check your pockets & I told her no & that all was in my pocket was my phone, my wallet & old tissue paper from a jacket that I hadn't worn in a year or two. I have a very thick wallet & a iPhone 6S Plus that is huge (5.5 inches) & old crumbled up paper towels that I have in my pocket. I wasn't able to clean out my pockets before I left my home. It was the first time I wear that jacket this year. How do you randomly accuse me of stealing when I'm a 16 year old child, getting my education at a very known HIGH SCHOOL (CFHS) & my father was in the car. So where could I have stole from there if my dad was in the car? Not to mention one lady, I don't know if she was new or not, but she decides to ask me for help, I tell her I'm perfectly fine, thank you. She then goes & follows me & stands next to me. That's racial profiling right there to that fact that you think a 16 year old black male was stealing. You didn't ask anyone else to check their pockets. I had money to pay for my gel & whatever I "stole" that you all seem to that I did, I would have paid for it myself. I REFUSE to step in Sally's Beauty Supply in Stafford Market Place again. Never again will they see my face because I feel uncomfortable & very attacked by them. I will be calling Sally's Corporations to file a complaint against this store because I believe it was very wrong to accuse me. She wouldn't have a right to check my pockets nor did that other lady had to watch me. She didn't watch anyone else. Next time before you go & accuse someone of stealing, get some cameras to be installed instead. You all just lost a customer & my money. I honestly trusted Sally's. There's one lady in there that has red hair, she didn't say anything but I felt she was accusing me before when a pack of hair extensions fell off the rack & the tag was pulled. She thought I had pulled it & was trying to steal it because I was holding it in my hand to give to her & tell her that her item tag were broken off. I was really cool with her & was very friendly but now I'm completely done with Sally's in Stafford. You lost a customer & I'm calling Sally's Corporations on this store. read more

I have been a customer of Sally's beauty supply store for acouple years now, and can honestly say i am very unhappy with the way they are running their buisness and it's sad because they have alot of great products. Alittle less than a year ago I had purchased a shampoo that came with the free conditioner, however at the time they were sold out of the conditioner, which was fine. So the lady (which might be the manager) said she would call me as soon as they got it in. Never got a call. I even checked up on the conditioner several times and it never came in stock. The ladies would not even let me swap it for a different conditioner, which is rediculous. So just recently I went back and bought a hair piece that I was un-sure about to begin with, the lady (who again i think was the manager) checked me out said nothing about the return policy, all she seemed to care about was their rip-off coupon cards. So the very next day I walked into Sally's to return this hair peice; which was not used, the seal was not broken, it was in perfect condition, and i even had the receipt, I stood there for acouple minutes waiting to be helped because no one was at the front cash register, (which everytime i come to this store no one is EVER up front to greet or anything) finally an african american woman who was not very friendly came up and helped me, however when she saw what i was returning she said you cant return this all hair peices are final sale, i was shocked and said nobody told me of this and i said i did not want this item, she laughed and didnt even ask if i wanted to speak to a manger. I think that is utterly rediculous, the own manager of the store can't even let her customer know their return policy. I will most likely not be returning to Sallys beauty supply ever again. I am certified in customer service, and i know for a fact that is NOT how you treat your customers. Wouldn't reccommend doing buisness with them. read more
