Yet, The lady told him that he can't return it to the store and he has to call the company and it was written on a paper which she sneaked into the bag after he purchased the item. The whole time when he was shopping, she said nothing about the "can not refund" thing to him, this is straight scam! 2. So he returned home with this useless 95$ shavers and called the company number on Monday more than five times, nobody answered the call, ever! This is beyond scam. 3. Tonight I googled the price of the item they sold to my husband, guess what??? the exact same package sells 44$ from everywhere else and they sold my husband 95$! They are ripped the hell off any customer who walks in to that store. Good luck with your shopping there!

Sometimes I need to ask for help here but the last time I was in on a random weekday they were super helpful and researched their stock to determine they definitively didn't have what I was looking for (an SPF cushion compact). Parking can be a bit of a hassle in the shared lot so I prefer to visit on off hours. If you come on a weekend be prepared to spend a considerable amount of time looking for parking and or walking here from your spot.

They have just about everything you would find at a larger Sephora but may have less inventory available for purchase, though I haven't experienced this issue. My favorite Sephora to go to is the Prudential store in Boston because they offer a larger selection of brands in store, but this store does the job as it's convenient for me to restock my makeup products/skincare when I'm doing some shopping at Legacy Place. Staff is super nice here and always down to help with finding products. Parking: lots of parking available but depending on the time of the day, parking spots are more limited. She is disrespectful to clients and speaks negatively of other clients who call/come into the shop. Michelle posted on Instagram about a client of hers who didn't want to pay for washing as it is a separate fee. She posted her clients hair with a photo of her walking away. I told her she was unprofessional and that washing should be included. Michelle used derogatory language towards me. Michelle's behaviors raises questions about professionalism within the hair industry. I believe it's important for clients to be aware of such behavior before deciding to use her services.
