So up to the counter I went, and met Rachel. I told her what I was looking for. Although I'd purchased BB concealer before and knew my color, Rachel asked if she could do a quick test to ensure it was still the one. Fast forward 10 minutes, and there I was happily trying out concealer, foundation, bronzer and blush! Oh, and lip balm and lip gloss. I've never done this before, always too busy. But ladies: If you've never had your makeup done, pull up a seat and let them! Especially if you get Rachel, who freelances as a makeup artist (if you're in the market). I've never looked so good. She invited me back any time and said she'd be happy to do a smokey eye before I go out on the town, or any other kind of makeup I'd like. I walked out with concealer and blush, also bronzer, a bronzer brush, foundation and lip balm. Rachel threw in some samples of a moisturizer I was on the fence about (she swore I'd be back for it...we'll see) as well as a double-duty sample pot of blush/lipstain. When I came in inquiring about a new product to replace my retinol they offered me a sample of another less harsh product to try. Retinol seems to burn my skin, so I am trying out the skinceuticals resurfacing serum. They also carry products exclusively for men, which my boyfriend loves. He also loves to steal my products so I buy two when I am shopping here. I believe they also offer facials and makeup application. I want to come back and try their services out! The team that helps me with products knew exactly what i was looking for so I am sure they are talented with facials!
