It took 3 days for her to respond to my emails because she was "mapping out a plan on how to respond instead of reacting" What?? I'm the one that has to wear a hat. I made sure to stop when I knew their would not be any clients in the salon and she yelled at me for BARGING in. She refused to look at my hair and yelled at me, wouldn't listen. Just like she didn't listen when I communicated what I wanted/didn't want prior to my haircut.
