The Nail Tech is new to the location and he was excellent! He did a cleanup for me and was super patient and I absolutely love how my nails look. Because of his great job and service I will be back. I spent over $200 here, and within just a few days I noticed the quality of both my nails and gel pedicure declining. During my pedicure, two of my toenails were already partially chipped. Instead of trimming and reshaping the nails properly, they simply applied gel over the damaged areas. I pointed this out during my appointment, but I was told it would be fine. Two days later, both gel toenails chipped exactly where I had expressed concern, leaving me with barely any polish on those two toes. My manicure was just as disappointing. After only a few days, the white French tips started fading, which has never happened to me at any other salon. Then, about a week later, an entire nail came off. I typically get at least three weeks of wear out of my nails, but these barely lasted five days. I also paid $80 for the deluxe pedicure, but the massage lasted maybe two minutes. I've had basic pedicures at other salons that included a 10-minute massage. There was nothing about this service that felt like a premium experience, despite paying for the most expensive option. Overall, the quality of the work did not match the price, and the customer service was disappointing. I can't recommend spending this much money for results that lasted less than a week.

The manager went ahead and prepped me for my nail techs (Felix and Tory) by gently taking off my previous polish. I was asked to validate my parking and then gifted my complimentary choice of wine (a Merlot). Felix was my pedicure tech and a dream to have working on my feet. I chose the very basic express pedicure as I had another time commitment, but WOW his attention to detail, gentle yet firm hands, and warm personality were exactly what I needed that day. He was very willing to talk like we were old friends (his words!) and personally I loved that. I truly felt pampered, not handled as I have previously felt at nail salons. Tory was a bit quieter but honey that lady can do manicurist magic on natural nails. She kept commenting on how excellent my nail health/length was and was excited to work on them even though my service was technically no frills... shoutout to my gma and those genetics though! She made sure I liked my shape and was willing to keep working until I was completely satisfied. She even insisted on a refill for my wine. Loved her. What I appreciated the most was the attention to detail, precision, and gentleness that I experienced here. No yanking, no bleeding, no overly trimmed cuticles, no rushing. From start to finish it was 1.5 hours which is very fair. My subtotal was between $85-$90 but be mindful that this price included a 15% first-timer discount. There might be a bit of a language barrier at times with a few of the techs but it certainly didn't detract from the entire experience. A win!
