Vy is absolutely incredible and all of the staff who work there are so friendly and accommodating. I get an acrylic fill every three weeks and if it weren't for the fact that my nails grow quickly, I think the fills would last at least a couple weeks longer. I always end up asking Vy for her opinion on which color I should get and she nails it every time. I'm always getting compliments on not only the color, but the shape as well. I haven't gotten a pedicure here yet, but the chairs are always occupied and it seems like the staff really take their time and make it a really nice experience. I do have my standing appointment tonight, so maybe I'll see if they can fit me in for a pedicure, too! I can't recommend Les Fleurs enough. I wanted…read moremy nails short, not as short as they are, and I also wanted them to all be the same shape and pointed in generally the same direction, but that was too much to comprehend. After telling her numerous times that the shapes were wildly different, she barely fixed them and still had nails pointing in strange directions. I did not get my full set, even after I said, I wanted acrylic tips. On one nail, she completely smudged and rather than trying to take the paint off and redoing it. She wanted to paint over the top, this is when I finally broke and said no. After that, she began slamming bottles because she had to remove all of the paint and start again. It still looks like utter garbage. My nails are different lengths, different shapes, and because they're too short, they look stubby with the polish I chose. Between my toenails, which did come out fine, and this I paid $95. Absolutely ridiculous when she knew I was angry and ready to cry that I was so disappointed . I'd rather have just cut the nails off and let me start over again at a salon who actually knows what the hell they're doing. So instead, I will go pay $100 tomorrow at a more of an upscale salon and have this abomination removed from my fingers. Additionally, during our pedicures, my sister and I both requested soak off... Some thing I got at least, but her nail tech decided to pry the older acrylics off, ripping off half of her nail. She had asked six times for soak offs, and they refused and left some old acrylic on because they claimed they couldn't get it off They are absolutely terrible. I don't know why they are still in business, but no wonder they were so freaking dead... They are trash. And if they had any good business sense, they would call me and try to make this right by refunding some of the money.
