We can see how a bike shop might be part of future plans, on our visit the shop was mainly a coffee shop, with no obvious work area or really bicycle anything visible.

The barista is so sweet and the shop was 10 out of 10. Be warned, Apple Maps will take you to the wrong place, use Google maps instead. It is not by the city market. It's closer to the main road.

I appreciate that they make their pastries, cookies, pies, banana bread, desserts etc from scratch with wholesome, and cleaner ingredients. They usually have one or two gluten free options available. I frequently order the quiche, so good. If they warmed it up in an air fryer that would even make it better, in my opinion. The crust is so good. Service is so lovely no matter if I'm in Florence or Canon city. I would say the ambiance is cozier in Florence. We love the coffee so much we get their espresso beans to use at home.
