Google was only showing me places like Woof, Gibson's and Waggerz. I've tried Woof and Gibson's so far and Community Animal Inn & Spa is my favorite. The Inn & Spa is located underneath the Hospital. Pull into the same parking lot for the Hospital but go down the hill and there's more parking down there for the Inn & Spa. From the parking lot, you can see the outdoor area. They have curbside pickup now and you can either text or call (but the staff is super good about coming out before you even get a chance to do that). What makes the Inn & Spa better? Their outdoor area and size of the facility. They rotate the dogs to play inside and outside so the dogs get a decent amount of TLC, time to stay on their normal potty schedules, and then time to rest some if they choose. I also feel like the Inn & Spa has more staff attending to the dogs. My dog is always super excited when I bring him here and he's pooped when he comes home. He's pretty high energy and some other daycare places that are smaller don't do the trick for him. The staff is super friendly and personable. They took a cute picture of him when he was playing in the snow. They're also great about feeding him and fulfilling any requests. The only bad is that they open too late! 8AM on weekdays and 9AM on weekends. I would totally take him here more but I have to be at work too early, which is why I had to check out other daycare facilities. Also, a package to make daycare in bulk cheaper is in the works so that's a plus. Overall, if you need a vet, if you need lodging, if you need grooming, or if you need just daycare, this is seriously a one-stop shop for it all. Highly recommend! (Just open earlier pretty please!)

I also noticed that there is virtually no turnover of staff. You see the same people year after year, some seem to be moving up in their professional capacity, and this indicates a healthy, stable practice. I cannot recommend SVH highly enough.​

I wanted to provide the dates just to cover all my basis and not have to worry about them being booked and she assured me it will be fine if I just call within the next couple weeks. She didn't even want to hear the dates!! Couple weeks later (today) I call and say we still don't know for sure if they are coming but at this point I'm not counting on it and to book the given dates. Stacey now tells me she can only accommodate a few of the days out of the almost 3 weeks because they are booked. I said you assured me I'd be fine in July if I just called back and her response is "it's been booked" She also told me she only boards dogs that go to daycare there...my dogs have been going to daycare there for years. They aren't regulars anymore like they were before Stacey took over because my husband now works from home and it's not needed. I will be writing reviews like this on all her platforms. Very unprofessional. I know many families that take their dogs to Skipton but I'll let them know how you've handled this situation..just in case they don't read this review!

He was having issues with signals from his spinal cord to his hind legs that made walking difficult. Sometimes he just didn't want to get up for his walks. Cassidy and I decided that he really enjoyed seeing his regular dog walker, but instead of walking him if he didn't stand up, his walker would pat him and offer him water. Cassidy's employees went from dog walkers to hospice workers as Max's issues were terminal. My husband and I are so thankful and grateful that we were able to find Pupchella for when Max was younger and could go on walks and for when he was old and just wanted to be petted. We cannot recommend the compassionate and loving care that Pupchella offers.

I lived all over the world,…read morecollecting dogs in my travels, and moved back to Hudson at the beginning of the summer with my now husband and 2 dogs. We work A LOT so I was blowing through dog walkers and dog sitters left and right. My dogs are small. They're sweet. They're emotional. They require some patience and tenderness that I was sure I was never going to find in a dog walker/pet sitter. I have an irrational obsession with both of my dogs -- I found one in kennel in South Korea, sick and abused. The other we got at another shelter and she is vivacious and social when comfortable, but often uncomfortable. They sleep in the bed. Eat salad. You get it. I'm crazy, my dogs live well and I want them to always live well. My husband told me a few weeks after moving to Lake Boon that there was a dog daycare on our street, 3 houses down. I thought he was seeing things. I had spent the entire summer interviewing, hiring and being disappointed by dog walkers/pet sitters. "She hid under the couch so I didn't walk her" "he didn't eat... last meal was 3 days ago. is that ok?" On and on. So, there was NO WAY there was a pet sitter on my street. And my husband now can say "this is the one meaningful, useful thing I have contributed to our relationship" - he found the BEST dog sitters ever! 5 doors down. We recently traveled internationally and for the first time ever, I gave my dogs to someone who doesn't share half my DNA. This was not easy. We are back now and my dogs are so happy and I can tell they have been happy since we were gone. I know they missed us but they were SO well cared for. They slept in beds. They snuggled. They played. They walked. They got individual attention - they were cared for as well as I would care for them and that is soooooo perfectly wonderful. You all are fantastic and we thank you so much! I feel like I'm leaving my dogs with... myself away from myself. Does that make sense? Maybe not. Do not hesitate to contact Nancy for all your pet care needs.
