So I lay on the table and the facialist starts going over what I need done and tried to upsell me to a TRIPLE CHEMICAL PEEL. I have never had a chemical peel before and tbh I didn't think my skin was so terrible. When I express my hesitation and mention the service I booked for she told me she understood if I couldn't afford it but that the service I was getting wouldn't really do anything for me. I've had many facials in my life I can't imagine a deep cleansing facial with extra paid time wouldn't do anything. There's a non refundable deposit which I didn't want to lose so I forged ahead anyway and she was right. She didn't do much but steam and so a basic cleansing on my face with a few pore extractions. I was hoping to get laser facial hair removal here which i definitely did not do because of this horrendous experience. Not to mention the deep cleansing facial was over 150 dollars so it's not like i was skimping in the first place. It was totally uncomfortable and I wish i had spoken up in the moment but I felt like I'd lose money anyway and I'd already driven half an hour to get there. I'd give it no stars if I could.

What a fabulous salon with a warm and courteous staff!!! JoAnne has given my 3 daughter's their first haircuts and 14 years later she is still cutting and styling their hair. My oldest daughter just received her 2nd Keratin treatment at Salon 155 and her hair looks gorgeous!!! Joanne spent a lot of time explaining the process and the product she was going to use. My daughter has long, thick, curly hair. The Keratin treatment made her hair a lot more manageable and she loves it!!! My best friend and salon owner, always did my hair for 25 years, she was all I trusted, but then she moved too far away. Gigi is absolutely amazing! I have know her since high school and when I came back home from college I've been seeing her. She is trustworthy and truly will make you look beautiful before you leave the salon. She is so passionate about what she does and truly does not rush you and listens to what you say . The minute you walk into the salon you have a feeling of a warm friendly atmosphere. Sue has been doing my hair for years and it has always been a wonderful experience. She does exactly what you want and makes suggestions that help you in deciding on style decisions. Sometimes a change, sometimes not. I'm so glad that I went to Salon 155 for my wedding hair and makeup. Joanne and her team were amazing and they got our day off to a great start! They totally understood what we each wanted and executed it perfectly. Our updos withstood a very breezy outdoor ceremony and looked great all night! Everyone was super friendly, but also professional and efficient and what could easily have been a stressful morning was completely relaxed and fun. I did not have a hair cut for a long time, got lazy. By now my hair was out of control. I called for an appointment and they took me right away. Very casual and comfortable atmosphere. As soon as I walked in Sandy introduced herself, looked at me and knew exactly what I needed. I was extremely thankful at how accommodating Joanne and Sandy were when I called to schedule my number of beauty treatments one week in advance.
