He wrote that normally he does much more detailed and sophisticated stuff. But he said he'd do the cut. After the first meeting, this would be the simplest 20-minute gig out there - but the initial meeting had to take place to establish if it worked, where the haircut would take place etc. The gentleman is disabled, so it takes time to get him in a wheelchair etc. We set the appointment for a Friday - He doesn't show. I write when he's 20 minutes late. He responds that he made the appointment for a Friday the FOLLOWING month. We rescheduled the appointment for the following Monday but there was a snowstorm (not his fault), he also said he could on Tuesday because he was snowed in (understandable) - so we set the appointment for a week after the original appointment. I texted him on the morning of. Yes, we would be coming. The appointment was at 1. I rushed and rushed to get the poor many ready for his haircut. At almost 12:30, he wanted to know if he could come at 2 - an hour later. I said no, the man's trainer was coming and this was an important appointment. So I said between 3 and 3:50 as I had to leave. Again, he said fine. 3 o'clock comes - nothing. 3:10 - nothing, 3:20 nothing. I finally text him and he gives a lame apology again. The poor man was waiting in a wheelchair for 30 minutes. I would not trust this guy with my haircare and styling needs. He seems to either be a total flake or not care at all. If he thought a simple haircut was beneath his skillset, he should have said so. But keeping people waiting multiple times is just tacky and inconsiderate. Sorry, not at all a good experience. Do not reccomend.

I didn't see anything that reassured me it was being sanitized, so that part didn't sit right with me. My nail tech, Talia, did take her time, and I appreciated that she wasn't rushing. I also liked that they used a tool to make sure all the nails were even and consistent, that attention to detail definitely showed. That said, I wasn't a fan of some of their pricing and options. Charging an extra $5 just for coffin or stiletto shape feels a bit much, especially since most places include that. They also don't seem to offer or advertise more modern/trendy styles like duck nails. As for the final result... my nails honestly look like press-ons. It's just not my style, so I know now that dip powder isn't for me. Overall, the vibe and service were good, but between the sanitation concerns, pricing, and the end result not being what I like, I probably wouldn't come back for nails. I might give their pedicures a try in the future though.

Long story short, someone here ripped the nails off and it damaged my nail bed. She also sneezed on me without a mask and said it was allergies, but her prescription antibiotic for pneumonia/conjunctivitis was on the counter. And then I got super sick -which is honestly the most annoying thing to me besides my nails looking horrific for two weeks..and paying more than I expected for a bad take down. I wouldn't go back, but I don't do like long pretty nails, my friends love the designs and all that so they love it there. I went back to someone else for actual natural nail care, and I'll stick with them going forward.
