I paid $150 for my daughter to get her long hair cut and colored in anticipation of a family…read morewedding. First, her appointment was canceled not once, but twice, by the stylist. The first time was understandable...she was sick. The second time, my daughter got to her appointment, only to be turned away because they "didn't have the right color". Why would they not ask what she wanted when making the appointment?? She was in the chair for 6.5 hours, and the color, which was supposed to be royal blue, turned out mermaid blue! The cut was shorter than she wanted, too. The owner had to come back in and fix her color so it was close to what she wanted. My daughter was crying by the time she got home! I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY EVEN TOOK THE MONEY FOR SUCH AN UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE! The only reason I am posting this review is because I'm the one that paid for it. We have had our own small business, and know how important a good review is to a small business, but she should have had some compensation for this totally unsatisfactory experience. If it was my business, that incompetent stylist would have been fired on the spot!
