My regular lady at my routine salon was already booked for the day. Heather luckily had a 10am opening and I got an appointment. Without meeting her and not knowing her curly hair skills, she did a great job. She used my natural curls and 33 Bobby pins to create a cute "get it off my neck, it's hot outside, but leave a couple dangle around my cheeks" updo. No hot tools needed! Heather was friendly and professional. We conversed while she was working her magic. Her two daughters are going to school for my occupation and we found out we had some things in common too. She was done in 20 mins and I was slightly disappointed the appointment was over so quickly. Walking into the place is welcoming and clean. I love the high ceilings with crystal chandeliers. A fancy warehouse feel with sleek lines and open spaces. Customer products available for purchase at the counter and on display shelves in the waiting area. Easy to get to from hwy 65 and Main St (125th Ave, hwy 242). Plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend and may make another appointment for other services.

The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the pricing was more than I expected. The website said that a full foil would be $85 but because I have thick hair and it was shoulder length the price was more than twice that. I haven't had my hair foiled in a long time so the price surprised me but overall, it was a good experience and a great job.

Affordable....however I switched to European Wax Center just because it's less painful. Not due to poor skills. It takes a long time for my hair to lift, and then I feel like she left the toner on too long. The color of my hair was absolute horrible. It looked darker and gray. When I wanted a platinum extremely light blonde I called them and I explained that I was not happy with the outcome went back and hoping that somebody else would be doing my hair and they Had the same girl do my hair that I wasn't happy with in the first place I went in and I was telling her what I wanted and why I wasn't happy. She started to argue with me about the toner. I was hoping somebody would be there to guide her through this process because obviously she is new. The owner did not come around until it came to the toning. After she toned my hair she did not rinse it all the way out. I was supposed to go out that evening, but I could see and feel the toner still in my hair. I was so annoyed at this point that I just left. I had to go home and wash the toner out myself my hair is now gray and has purple and blue streaks in it having my hair highlighted twice within three weeks has done existential damage to it so I can't even go and get it fixed because it would all break off
