I truly hate leaving bad reviews, but I had such a horrible experience here so I went in. I showed the girl who is doing my hair a photo of what I wanted to color, etc. she put in all the foils she tried to take them out I said we need to leave them in longer. It takes a long time for my hair to lift, and then I feel like she left the toner on too long. The color of my hair was absolute horrible. It looked darker and gray. When I wanted a platinum extremely light blonde I called them and I explained that I was not happy with the outcome went back and hoping that somebody else would be doing my hair and they Had the same girl do my hair that I wasn't happy with in the first place I went in and I was telling her what I wanted and why I wasn't happy. She started to argue with me about the toner. I was hoping somebody would be there to guide her through this process because obviously she is new. The owner did not come around until it came to the toning. After she toned my hair she did not rinse it all the way out. I was supposed to go out that evening, but I could see and feel the toner still in my hair. I was so annoyed at this point that I just left. I had to go home and wash the toner out myself my hair is now gray and has purple and blue streaks in it having my hair highlighted twice within three weeks has done existential damage to it so I can't even go and get it fixed because it would all break off read more

I just moved to the area and needed to find a new hairdresser. After a rough time moving I decided to treat myself with some services I was interested in. I never had a "spa day" I started with a color, which the stylist Taylor taught me about my hair, how to treat it, and did the most amazing bleach and tone I have ever had! After the amazing hair I got a custom facial. I had some stress acne, and just wanted a cleanse, THIS WAS FANTASTIC! Jessica made my first experience amazing, way beyond what I thought a facial consisted of, bravo! After the amazing services so far - I ended with the most amazing massage I have ever received - it was only an hour - but it felt like 3! I unfortunately forgot her name, but I'll be back again soon to see her! So happy I found this place, and will totally be going back! I had a fantastic experience at Mint Salon last night. I was referred by a friend and had an appt with Sarah. I showed her some pictures of what I wanted and she totally nailed it. That has never happened to me before. I felt I was with a true professional with the passion of an artist. She took time to explain the cut and color, asked questions, and took time at the finish to show me ways to style. The salon ambiance is lacking but not the talent. If I could do zero stars I would. I walked in and there were three people ahead of me. I had time so I waited. The person greeted me. Didn't tell me a wait time. All three finished so I asked if it was my turn. He said no, I had to wait for the three that just walked in. They did NOT have an appointment.
