I've had many hairstylists. Usually going where my mom went. Now as an adult, I get to choose who cuts and styles my hair. And I choose Todaze Hair. I've been seeing Jill for about 10 years now and I've always been happy with the results. Please note: I have curly hair and keep a basic cut with layers, NO BANGS! So I can't do those fad styles like The Rachel or an inverted bob. Facial waxing services are also offered. I used to get my eye brows waxed after the shampoo/conditioner. Affordable....however I switched to European Wax Center just because it's less painful. Not due to poor skills. I can style my own hair day to day, but when I want a curly updo I make sure I make an appointment. One updo pic is done by Jill. I set up an appointment online and received my text confirmation for 4:45 on Saturday. I show up at 4:30, walk to the entrance and see a sign. The sign said to wait in my car and they will call me when ready. I never received a call. When I went to inside to inquire, Sue O'Neil, the "stylists" informed me that because it was 4:55 she had started on her other client and to come back later. I asked her what about my 4:45 appointment. She shrugged. I asked why didn't she call me? Her reponse was that's not how she handled her clients. But that's what your sign said? She just shrugged. I bought a groupon for a haircut (I usually don't do this, but my sister got her haircut by the same lady and she did a great job). My experience, however; was not as great as my sisters. I didn't realize right away how bad of a hack job I received because when the stylist blow dried my hair she used the round brunch so my ends were curled in and out. There were chunks longer than the rest of my hair. And for my bangs, it looked like she just took a 5-6 inch section and cut them straight across. I mean c'mon, I think my 11 year old brother could have done a better job. Also, I just asked for a trim because I'm getting married in for months and want to grow my hair out, and I think she cut about 3 inches off. read more

Me and my friend went into todaze salon today and my friend wanted a orangey rose color. We were unsure about even going in there because it was last minute. She saw Sue she bleached her hair and all came out uneven there was very light parts and very dark parts. We knew it was gonna turn out to be a disaster because she thought it was ok to just put the color on while it was all different colors! After she washed her color off it was what we thought Seriously it was soooo bad. She didn't even dye the bottom and when she asked why she said because she combed her hair to the bottom. Doesn't even make sense. We didn't want to be rude so we politely asked if she can fix this. Her response was her hair was previously colored so that's why the bottom came out darker but my friend didn't even have a previous color in because she shaved her head few years ago and didn't color her hair since so that wasn't true. She just had no idea what she was doing. Then she says oh I know why you guys are saying this. You want a free color. That's when my jaw dropped!!!! Because her hair color was so wrong!!!! Like no way we came in to just get a free color. So disrespectful I couldn't believe it. We just paid and got OUT! she said she's calling cops instead of fixing my friends hair. So sad. Please please don't go there if you want a color. You'll regret it. SUE. You need to go back to cosmetology school. Get help. Very much enjoyed this salon! It was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad she did! I saw Nicki Lee who was very friendly. I'm pretty shy and she was so laid back and cool I felt very comfortable in letting her cut a ton of my hair off! The store is very clean with a big variety in products. My stylist wasn't pushy on selling extra product ether which is always a big thumbs up for me. Will be going back! read more

I've been to Todaze Hair twice now. Each time with the same stylist and she is super nice. The salon is clean, cute, and in a good location. Each time I've been to the salon, my stylist did not give me what I asked for. The first time I told her I have been growing my natural color out for over a year and a half to do the ombre style. I told her I didn't want the top of my hair touched with color because I liked my natural outgrowth. She colored it anyway and put highlights right up by my root, but not to my actual scalp so it looked like places got missed with color. It looked bad so I had to hide my hair and part it certain ways to avoid it. I decided to go to her again and be more clear this time that I DO NOT want the top part of my hair touched with color. But she did it again anyways even after I told her several times in the chair. This time so also painted my hair where she didn't put the color right to my scalp, but about a half inch away from it. That doesn't look attractive! I'm not the kind of person to get mad at someone and complain to them and demand my money back, but I was very unhappy and unsatisfied. I will not go back to her. She was super nice and very helpful with haircuts and talking with me personally, but I will not go to someone who doesn't do what I ask of her. I'm still very unhappy about the whole situation. read more

Worst experience ever. Went to do balayage ended up with ugly highlights by a woman named Trish. This lady did such a horrible job that Im embarrassed to go out. looks like a child did my hair. I spent 6 hours at the salon and wasted $85. Now I have to spent another 100 bucks to fix my hair. I will never go back there and I will make sure that no one I know ever goes to this salon. read more

Overpriced. Price sheet in front is not accurate. Paid $160 for hair cut, and 8 foils with toner put on them. Don't mind paying but I basically got highlights when I asked for a full change of hair color. Plus when I called to speak with manager, I was told each individual hair stylist is a manager and the price sheet is just an "idea". Doesn't seem like good business practice. read more
