After dressing, she met me at the counter and made me and the receptionist schedule a follow up appointment right then. very pressing and pushy. felt obligated to leave a tip as well. overall, poor experience and would NOT RECOMMEND.

I was not able to use it, of course during the pandemic, even though I tried several times. After a consultation with the manager, the lovely receptionist told me that they would not honor the gift certificate $100. The gift certificate did not have an expiration date on it, but evidently they have a policy that it cannot be used after five years. Especially in light of the closures during the pandemic. I do not think this was right. I choose to no longer patronize this business and will be getting my massages elsewhere from now on.
