Joe (Joseph Jabsi) is everything you could ask for in a hairdresser. He knows his craft - he expresses his opinion about what type of hairdo would accentuate your features, as well made a lot of recommendations as to how to take care of my hair. He gave me the best haircut best highlights, and lowlight and a hair cut! On top of it, he is a delightful person to talk to. Salon 645 has done it again! My daughter loathes her light red strawberry blonde locks, and she wanted to achieve a nice sunny blonde. The poor kid left a very pricey salon in Dublin with silver hair. :( Makayla is an expert at listening, achieving, and perfecting the exact color and desired tone. If you have long wavy hair do not let JJ touch ur hair. My hair was down to my butt and he cut it below my shoulder un even pulling on it tearing out my knots and asked me to comb my own hair out after highlights. Un even highlights. This review is for Jo Jabsi only; however employing someone this abrasive and rude sure says something about the quality of the salon. Zero stars is what he deserves. First off, he was 25 minutes late for my appointment then proceeded to tell me what would look good on me without listening to what I wanted. I was being guilt tripped into just wanting a trim and then scolded for not agreeing to his recommendations. From that moment on the abusive nature started. I can't even list out the rude comments he made towards me in the little time I had to spend with him, but I counted almost 6 different uncalled remarks about myself. He was downright rude, abrupt and a know it all. From his exterior appearance, you definitely couldn't trust or take advice about anything he recommended because he didn't represent himself well. He left my hair in what looked like I had stuck my finger in an electrical socket without even trying to make it look good. It was obvious he didn't care and went above and beyond to make you feel like complete SH$T about yourself. I was in and out in 45 minutes flat and had to go home and redo my whole head of hair. Do not waste your time going to this joke of a stylist. He needs to go to anger management and not work with the public .I should have went with my gut feeling about Jo after reading all his horrible reviews. How can anyone employ such a horrible human being is mind boggling to me. read more

Elizabeth is *hands down* the BEST hairstylist I have ever met! First off, the first time she worked on my hair, I had actually called a bunch of salons last minute and she was able to squeeze me in. When I first went to her my hair was damaged and had been home dyed with blues and blacks. The quality and color that she has transformed my hair into now is amazing. I constantly get compliments on the color and how healthy my hair is. Elizabeth is great at recommending products and explaining how to use them. I have gone to hairstylists where it's so awkward or quiet the entire time my hair is worked on. That is not the case with Elizabeth.
