He yells at me demanding a tip so I tipped as I'm bullied to do so. Will not be back! The only reason I went was the convenience of not having to make an appointment, not worth it, my mistake and it won't happen again. Also- as I am being bullied at the cash register I overhear the ONLY other customer complain of how painful it is and asking how much longer- and not in a I want longer time, in a I want out of here.

After booking, you receive a confirmation email requiring a response, followed by a separate intake form. Then come multiple phone calls--one to confirm you understand the service, another to ask the same questions already answered in the intake form, and yet another the week of the appointment to reconfirm attendance. In total, this resulted in two emails and three phone calls for a single appointment. This has happened during all three of my visits for the same treatment, so it is clearly not a new-client issue. The process is excessive, inefficient, and far from relaxing--especially when simply trying to schedule a massage. I have visited other spas, including Woodhouse locations in other cities, and have never experienced this level of repetitive outreach.

It's difficult to communicate as they don't speak much English but I can tell they are absolute professionals and really know what they're doing. I just admit it was a little rough but never painful. I could tell he was working on the deep muscles and tissues not only in my foot but in my ankle and calf. I walked out of there with no pain and my foot feels 100% better. For 40 minutes it was only $35 but I have him $50 and it was worth every penny!
