My most recent visit here was a total nightmare. What was supposed to be a 4-inch trim resulted in a very choppy, uneven cut. Even after going back the next day to have it fixed, I ended up losing double ~8 inches of length total. I'm now wearing extensions to cover up the damage for a trip I have in a few days. While the prices are good, the inconsistency this time was too much to ignore. I'm really disappointed to lose so much hair when it was in such good shape before I walked in.
