I called Sanctuary…read moreat the last minute for an afternoon appointment and they couldn't fit me in at a good time amidst my holiday shopping, so they recommended this sister salon. The salon was inviting and decorated nicely for the holiday. I had to wait about 20 minutes before my service began as Pattana finished up her previous service, but both Pattana and the girl at the front desk were apologetic and made me comfortable in the meantime in the waiting area. The bathrooms were clean and I was offered tea/coffee/water right away after coming in for my appointment. The salon also uses Aveda products, which I LOVE and are great for all hair different hair types. Pattana was a great stylist. She was warm and friendly and made sure that she knew exactly what I wanted for my cut. I hadn't had a haircut in several months and brought in photos of a long bomb on my phone. She made sure she looked carefully over the photos and that I understood how the haircut would frame my face and be different lengths in the front/back. I appreciated how much care she took to make sure I would be happy with the final result. Throughout the cutting process, she made sure I was okay with the length that was being taken off. When I wasn't sure if it was too much, she agreed to leave the length and to cut more later if needed. The end result was perfect. Thanks for a great cut, Pattana! I would definitely come back to her and to Mane Expressions after such a great first experience. The cut was $35 + tip and I left loving my new look!
