Tracy is my new go-to - she's amazingggg! Before visiting Tracy I hadn't gotten a haircut in over two years (not exaggerating) - even my bf was saying to make an appointment... I was in dire need of some hair help. My hair was just long with tons of dead ends and super dry. I showed Tracy some photos of hair styles I liked and asked for her opinion. She looked at the photos and really took her time to make sure I was happy with exactly how she was cutting it. She started with minimal trimming knowing I was a bit nervous about any change (even though I needed it). I felt completely comfortable the entire time and I'm really happy with the end result! Just had my hair done by Chelsea. I came in with pictures but she immediately and with excitement knew exactly what she wanted to do. So I stayed quiet. Until the end...Wow! Awesome! I love it! They have amazing stylists and awesome customer service! Their location is super cute and they've got snacks and coffee/tea for you too. Had a haircut by the owner/manager who spoke very highly of herself and her expertise claiming she's owned multiple salons but I was very disappointed in the results. The experience was pretty dreadful having to listen to her relationship problems for 40 mins while she cut my hair and the results looked like a very outdated hairstyle. I came here for several years while Venecia was there. She's moved on to Phenix Suites across the street by Kohl's. The new location is nice but feels really cramped. The parking is behind the building (not on El Camino Real. The other side of the building). I do like the Eufora products but something was always kind of off about the service from the front desk and the owner. I kind of felt like I was imposing when calling or arriving early. I had to delete my last review on the service given here at Salon Bella Bella by Susan. After having told me that she would apply a few more highlights to my hair since it was too brown, she didn't follow through with her promise. She was too busy to schedule me, and told me she had more time on a Tuesday, which she never gave me a time to come in or call me back letting me know the scheduled time. After that, I called her to see what was going on and she had given me very unnecessary attitude saying she was expecting me that day, even though we didn't even have a set time. She told me that we did talk about a time (not true) and that she's so busy, she'll have to just call me back. It's now been a week and she hasn't called me to schedule an appointment (which is something she offered and promised me initially). My thought on this business, with Susan as the owner, is rude, and I just felt a lot of attitude even from the beginning. I know many salons that I can go to that provide exceptional hair services, customer service with zero attitude and around the same amount of money. I'll be going to a place like that next time I need highlights. read more
