Went twice, for the same service. Partial highlight and a haircut. The first time I was charged around 100 and I liked the way it turned out. the second time I went and asked for the same thing, this time my hair turned out darker than when I went in, And then I was charged almost $200 for the same service...of course I tipped, but will never be back. Paying over $200 for a partial highlight and a haircut is way too much. I do have long hair, but that should only be an extra 10 or 20 dollar charge. Inconsistent and false advertising as sign says $89 for a partial highlight and I was expecting maybe another 40 for the haircut ? So the math does not add up. read more

The shop is owned by the talented Bethany Wing. The Wings are family friends. Yes that's what got me to go in; it is NOT what keeps me going back. Most salons on the Cape are dated and not nearly as unisex as they claim to be. Salon Belor caters to all. Bethany does a fantastic job, she takes the time to get to know what you want and how your hair behaves (or doesn't). The atmosphere is great, fun modern music is always playing. They do excellent kids' cuts. If only Salon Belor where closer to me it'd be my regular place, as it is I go when I can. It is also worth noting that the product selection is great. Bethany's product knowledge (knowledge a lot of stylists seem to lack) is beyond reproach. If you're summering on the Cape or are just looking for somewhere new to go, check them out. read more

From the moment I walked in every one was kind, fun, upbeat and funny. I had a stressful day before walking in and was in a sour mood, but that all changed within moments. One day my husband stopped a young lady who he thought had a great haircut/color that would look great on me. It was fate-she was a hair stylist! So I made an appointment with the stylist who cut her hair, and I was not disappointed. Tori is warm, friendly and treats customers like she's known them all of her life. It's a truly full service salon - everything from facials to nails and anything you may want done with your tresses! The staff are truly kid friendly too. I have gone on and off for a while but no more, last night after spending $311 on product and color I noticed I was charged $5 for usung their tester polish. When I called to have them correct their error(when I asked if I could use it they said sure, never mentioned a fee.)they said they charge for usung the tester, I have never heard of such a thing. Where do I begin? My first visit and for the past five years I've been trying to find a new hair stylist because my last one moved out of my area, then I've moved too. Now that I'm in Pocasset, I tried Salon Belor because of other reviews on yelp. I had tried the Mad Kutter a few months ago and they did ok, but not great. My straight hair is very hard to cut without seeing each snip. I sat down and Gina really cared about how to style my hair, so much so, she called in Bethany and both of them had some great ideas how to get it off my forehead and give me a different look. I've had bangs for ten or more years now and now can't wait for the new style to grow out, so they can cut it again to make it look great. This hair cut was definitely the best I've had in five years. When I arrived home my friend said the same thing! Everyone there is so laid back. You won't feel rushed like you're just a number and they're trying to rush you out of there so the next customer can sit down. As I watched others get their hair dyed or men getting their hair cut, they came out looking great. One man just had a basic hair cut, but Bethany took her time and it looked fantastic. Another guy had a fade. Two other women had it dyed and the colors looked so pretty and natural. I can't say enough about this salon. Just go. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Gina and Bethany!
