This is NOT okay. If you have a client walk in, you stop the conversation with the client who has already had her service (also the client should know better but some people will remain selfish and unaware their whole lives), and you at least greet and ask what the client who just walked in is there for. I sat down and waited 30 minutes before the other stylist noticed me, and asked what I was in for. Simply unprofessional and also really rude, just as a human being, especially from the owner. I was really disappointed in this behavior and then my service felt really rushed. I know sometimes you have to wait at salons bc sometimes a service goes over, but the least you can do is greet your clients as they walk through the door and check them in (or hire a dang receptionist). Not sure I want to go back but this really surprised me from a business that seemed so reputable. Maybe they were having an off day?

Having Rachel as my stylist has helped me tremendously with these issues. Rachel does a fantastic job caring and styling my hair in a way that hides my hair loss. I am constantly stopped by strangers asking "who does your hair", "I love your haircut". It is a wonderful feeling to have hair that looks and feels great and it is all because of her. She is not only very knowledge about hair care but she is a very caring person when it comes to her clients. This is very evident when you visit her salon because everyone she services are long time clients. She listens to what you want and comes up with great ideas when you give her the "I don't know what I want" statement. She is also very honest when it comes to her services. If she does not think a service will fit your lifestyle, face or damage your hair, she will tell you and will not perform that service. She is very hair care focused. I highly recommended Rachel as a stylist. As I stated, she is very knowledge and caring. She is also extremely professional and keeps a nice clean modern salon that is welcoming. Also The 1 star goes for the cleanliness of the salon. I walked in with long hair, I had a pic and a specific length that we discussed and Julie seemed to know exactly what I was requesting. It was Nothing outrageous to say the least. She questioned me about my highlights and where I had them done as she flung a few pieces through her fingers. I thought that she was being nice. I didn't catch her sarcasm, unprofessionalism and rudeness until all was done and I was home. I also asked her to please not cut anything off of my bangs. She asked, "Oh, why? Because You cut them?" Shouldn't matter right? I thought to myself. So she had a good 6"to "HAVE AT IT & CHOP and still could have left me with that 3" of length that I still wanted. Strangely, as she did this, she repeated 5 x's **"Well, AT LEAST You'll STILL BE ABLE TO PUT IT IN A PONYTAIL!" AT LEAST?? No, I can't Julie!! She also lobbed my layers so short they don't go to the elastic, are too short to curl up naturally and She left huge holes throughout. Holes: disconnected abrupt short to long layers that don't blend or make sense. I couldn't believe what I was seeing! Nor could I say anything other than "Please THAT"S ENOUGH OFF!" THEN.. OOOH SHE JUST COULDN'T HELP HERSELF!! She just grabbed a chunk from center of my bang area, no sectioning & no blending !! Just chopped 2.5" off !! Yes Julie I did! I had cut them, I was growing them out & they were fine! ( I had been a hairstylist for 12 years in a couple of salons before I became sick and unable to work. I would have never done this to someone and so I never expected this type of strange treatment. WHO AND WHY DOES SOMEONE DO THIS TO SOMEONE???!! At cash out for this $50 wash, cut & blow dry I gave her 3/$20's and asked her for 2/$5's back, She had the nerve to get sarcastic again and say..."Oh..Why? Cause you want one back?" UGH! This is not about getting my money back btw. I am happy to pay $100 to get what I want. I am also not a vain person, but for the last 3 weeks when I wash my hands and look into the mirror that I can feel my heart rate quicken and I shake! She really sounded like she knew what she was talking about and takes her time to syle your hair the way you want it. After a while it started to get a little careless. She would be doing my hair and would stop to attend to her boyfriend that comes in and would go into the back for at least 10 min. Other times she would leave me unattended when her cell phone rings.
