I was just looking for my hair to not be as yellow, since I didn't think anyone could fix it in one appointment. Jen took out the yellow tiger stripes and blotchy spots, and gave me the most beautiful and natural looking highlights. My hair has dimension and is super shiny again. The interior of the salon itself isn't that memorable, apart from the separate coat room which is a plus. (The receptionist will instruct you to hang your coat and select a frock to adorn during your session - a nice touch in the winter when you're wearing a zillion layers!) Very modern chic decor. It is in an office building with ample parking. The only complaint I do have is the stairs for entrance making it not ADA friendly. However, sitting in the waiting area I see a "back door" and maybe that's ADA entrance but I'm not sure. I highly recommend this establishment.
